The Lore
In the year 2499, a small group of religious people called the Neminods left the mainland in boats to
escape persecution. They settled on an island near the Emerald Sea and lived there in isolation from
the outside world ever since. As time passed, tribes within the group were formed.. Despite these
changes however, unity through religion prevented conflict from brewing. As more time passed, the
tribes became nations, people became citizens, and old technology became modern. However, these
rise of sophisticated civilization led to the downfall of the once unifying religion.
Wars began and ended, kingdoms rose and fell, leaders came to power and lost power. This
continued on for one 1000 years, until the island was on the brink of extinction. However, the
Kingdom Repsha remained strong, and prevented this reality. However, when in the 9900’s the
King of Repsa died, and his eight year old son was in line for the throne. Noble families all around
saw this as a chance to rule the kingdom themselves. By 9930, the “king” had no power and the
noble families were all fighting for control. By 9934, two noble families remained. The first had the
last name of Madrines. The Madrines wanted the be classic dictators with a royal family and loyal
nobles. They did not treat the people on the land they controlled well and made many fight in his
armies. The second family had the last name of Westhall. The Westhalls were very popular among
their people. They believed in a new form of government called democracy where the people had
the power. Naturally, the two families collided.
The war between the two families was long and bloody. The Westhalls had the full support of the
people, but the Madrine’s had more money and resources. Westhall fought valiantly; they forced
Madrine, despite these advantages, to surrender the land we now call Westhall. On May 7, 9936
the kingdom finally saw peace, and the Republic of Westhall was officially formed. The Westhalls
began advertising their system of democracy on TV and in large towns, and they had the full
support to make it happen. One small problem. Mr. Madrines did not want peace like the rest of his
family. He hired an assassin to kill the entire Westhall family. The assassin did the job in the middle
of a speech by Ms. Westhall supporting democracy.
And now here we are. We have long since progressed from from the war between the two families,
and the government is now functioning. It still struggles with problems however, and much more
work is to be done before it can finally rival Madrine.

Description of State:
Oakhaven is a historical state part of Westhall. The capital of Oakhaven, and the whole of
Westhall/Madrine, used to be Oak City, a city which was easily accessible with one of the most
developed infrastructures. However, after the during the war with Madrine, a bombing campaign
began, forcing the capitol to be moved to Fralo City, and the city was effectively crippled. Through
the map, you can see that Oakhaven has large sections of fertile land, making it one of the most
arable. However, due to frequent bombing, the fertile area to the East is currently very hard to farm
in, due to the DMZ (where all civilians are banned) and the Northern part has been overfarmed,
bringing with it a recession within the states where virtually all farming jobs were destroyed. The
Polomy Fertile District has almost no farming as well, because of its disputed territory. Due to its
location, it’s isolated from the rest of Oakhaven, with the only major interstate, Interstate 2, being
controlled by Cameria at one section. While the South River borders it, Cameria prevents any
shipments from happening through a blockade.

Map of the State of Oakhaven (Continued)
Key Features:
The South River: While Oakhaven doesn’t have the water rights over it, it does have access to it
underneath a treaty which said all nations can sail there, as long as they Westhall follows all
regulation and they aren’t military weaponry. As such, this makes Oakhaven one of the strongest in
terms of potential trade, however, it’s almost impossible for any goods to be traded because almost
all major port cities were destroyed during the war with Madrine, and no roads exist towards that
area.
DMZ: Implemented by the military since the war with Madrine. One of the most dangerous areas
in the country, with all cities being completely destroyed. Highly classified areas here. Important
because it’s used as a buffer zone of sorts for military operations and to defend Oakhaven from
Madrine.
Anset: One of the least populous cities throughout the whole of Westhall. Used to be a bustling
agriculture town, but due to the DMZ, it’s been strangled economically.
Fralo City: Capital of Oakhaven. Most stable in Oakhaven. Hub of trading in the state, due to it
hacing access to interstates.
Wavalve City: The most successful city in Oakhaven, with it having trading hubs and multiple
mining companies.
Greto City: A city which grew from a lumberjack town to a major lumberjack city. Has multiple
companies located there, such as the Westhall Paper company. However, it has been starved
economically due to Interstate 1 being destroyed into the city.
Central Mountain City: A mining town located in the heart of the mountain. Extracts precious
good like rare minerals. Has been, similar to Greto City, cutoff, due to it relying on interstate 2
trade.
Rolis City: The most isolated city in Westhall, and one of the most dangerous. Cut off from the rest
of the country. Has no way to go to the rest of the country due to the mountains separating from
Westhall, and interstate 2 being controller.
Interstate 2: One of the most crucial interstates, Interstate 2 was intended to connect Oakhaven.
However, parts of it aren’t under control of Westhall and it’s badly needed for repair.
Interstate 1: A interstate which connects Oakhaven with other states. In good shape, though the
Southern half has sections of it which cannot be traveled with it.
Overall:
A state with immense potential, however, war has crippled many of it’s industries and its economy.
Poorest towns/cities in Westhall exist here.

Map of the State of Fallden
Key:
Purple-Interstate
Green lines-Fertile Land
Blue dots- Military Bases
Blue line-River
Red circle-Rural area
Black circle-Suburb
Description of State: Fallden is ranked as the fourth best state in Westhall. This is because of it’s
highly developed infrastructure, it’s bustling trade industry, and it’s proximity to both the ocean and
the Ptolemy Bay. Fallden suffers from a population crisis despite having bustling urban centers, due
to declining populations in the cities of Flagend, Lery, and Trowood, This has led to large problems
regarding shortages in labor, leading to depressing economic prospects in parts of the state.

Map of the State of Fallden (Cont.)
Key Features:
Interstate 3: The most important interstate within the state, due to it being the only interstate
which goes to the ocean, and due to it being the only interstate within the whole country which
crosses into Crameria. It’s the backbone of the trading industry within the state, and it’s good
condition must be maintained in order for the trading industry to remain viable. It splits into two
parts, one which goes into Crameria and one which goes through the major urban centers in the
area.
Interstate 4: Interstate in decent condition. Connect cities. Suffers from declining population.
Interstate 5: One of the least crowded interstates in the country, interstate 5 has fallen into disarray.
It’s main purpose is for the military to travel, between base 1 and base 3.
Khockport: The capital of Fallden. A major city throughout the whole of Westhall. Strong tourism
and trading industries. Has a port
Kler: Basically Fallden, except more reliant on trade. Particular relies on Interstate 3 for internation
trade. High crime, very uneducation population.
Flagend/Steapolis/Fecester/Trowood/Lery: Once vibrant cities who had strong ship building,
defense contractor, and other business industries. However, immigration has led to a declining
population, one which puts these cities at risk.
Lork: One of the few cities which hasn’t been affected by a declining population. One of the biggest
companies is based here. Large agricultural businesses’ are based here.
Fallport: Port city. Has a navy base in the outskirts of it. Integral to national defense because of this.
Fallden River: A river which provides huge economic benefit because of it’s location near the ocean.
Westhall Military Base #4: One of the strongest navy presences here. Extremely robust base, with
300 airforce men, 3300 navy men, and 2500 army men. Access to Fallden River
Westhall Military Base #1: A base which primarily serves the army, with 5000 troops stationed
here, though does have a small yet significant air force population here. Relies on interstate 5
Westhall Military Base #3: Has the biggest air force presence due to it being in the mountains.
Integral to Westhall’s defense due to its proximity with Cameria. Mountains protect it well. Navy
has a presence here, with them somehow being able to access the Ptolemy Bay.
Westhall Military Base #2: A small military base which primarily serves as a training center.
Airforce has a presence here.
