Cost Estimation is vital when it comes to building of different infrastructure. It is essential to

provide an accurate and reliable estimation results in every project because it will directly affect the
project itself when it comes to its construction. Most of the time, students, engineers, practitioners and
even construction firms are having a trouble in producing accurate cost estimates in a short span of
time. Further, there are cases that even manual estimation and used of spread sheets end up to
incorrect inputs of data needed in estimation. Given these facts, it leads to unreliable computations and
sometimes, it causes delay in construction.

In accordance to these repetitive problems encountered in construction, we have created this

cost estimation software that might cause a great help in construction field defying these uncertainties
and inaccuracy. This research study may ameliorate the task of engineering institutions to provide a high
percentage of reliable estimation of cost and innovating their ways in estimation.

This study concludes that the existing of this cost estimation software will have a great impact in
the field of construction.
