IT IS Notified for the general information of the Public that HIS EXCELLENCY HON.
UHURU KENYATTA, C.G.H, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence
Forces, on this 13th day of March, 2019 set his hand and seal to EXECUTIVE ORDER
NO. 4 OF 2019; through which the following State Appointments and Nomination within
the stated institutions and positions are made or sanctioned:
A. NOMINATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 245 (2) (a) of the Constitution
and in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 12 (2) of the National
Police Service Commission Act (No. 11A of 2011), His Excellency the President has
nominated MR. HILARY MUTYAMBAI for appointment as the Inspector General
of the National Police Service.
