The vision of the La Reina Linda program
is to promote and showcase a successful
Business Woman in San Antonio who
can inspire and influence young men and
women. The Reina Linda will serve as a role
model and mentor for future generations.
Denise’s fundraising efforts and accolades are vast including;

“Woman of the Year”
• “Title Officer of the Year”,
from State of Texas Star Awards
• “Escrow Officer of the Year”, from the
Greater San Antonio Builder’s Association
• “Philanthropist of the Year”, from the
Platinum Top 50 Realtors Organization
• Humanitarian of the Year, by the
Greater San Antonio Builder’s Association
• Named as a “Top 40 Under 40”, the
San Antonio Business Journal
Today, the La Reina Linda program
funds support the Rey Feo Educational
Foundation. Denise Smith-Schlaudt, has
exceeded all criteria and will proudly
represent the organization’s augural

enise Smith-Schlaudt, is an Owner of
Providence Title Company; a Texas owned
and operated independent Title agency that
specializes is residential and commercial real
estate transactions. Providence Title Company
insures and conducts all closing transactions
throughout the entire State of Texas and
employs around 200 people throughout the
thirty branches located in Texas. She has been
in the title industry for 19yrs when she moved
to San Antonio from Cincinnati, Ohio. Born and
raised in Cincinnati, she relocated across the
country in 2000 and considers San Antonio her
home. Denise has supported Fiesta for many
years by serving on (2) Rey Feo Courts, the
first for Richard Ojeda, as the Historian and
the second for Jimmy Green as his
Administrative Minister.
Denise has a passion for helping others and
after marriage to Ken Schlaudt they have
formed their own foundation, SUPPORT FOR
LIFE a 501 © 3 Non-Profit Organization; founded
to help fund medical research and education.
Denise’s message during her Fiesta reign is,
“IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN BE IT!” This
message is intended to motivate all children to
believe in themselves, as anything is possible.
