LAPU LAPU CITY (“Seller”) is the lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle which is more particularly
described as follows:

Seller’s entire satisfaction, the Seller hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of Absolute Sale unto
________________________________________________, (the “BUYER”) of legal age, with residential
address at ___________________________________________________, the above described motor
vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances.

That this sale is made on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis and the Buyer acknowledges that is was
allowed by the Seller to test drive the vehicle, check the vehicle, and have a mechanic examine the vehicle.
The Buyer also hereby acknowledges and agrees to assume the obligations with respect to any fees,
duties, taxes, and other expenses due to the government or any of its agencies, and instrumentalities
including registration fees due after execution of this document. “No warranty implied”.

That the Buyer acknowledges receipt of a folder containing documents relating to the motor
vehicle including the original Certificate of Registration and the original Official Receipt of Registration.

That the Buyer shall henceforth after the execution of this Document be responsible for the
operation of the Motor Vehicle and the Buyer shall likewise undertake to transfer the Motor Vehicle’s
Certificate of Registration from the name of the Seller to the name of the Buyer. That the Buyer shall hold
the Seller harmless from the consequences arising from any future accident or incident involving the
above vehicle and that the Buyer shall fully assume responsibility for such consequences.
