Send to Dalet Plug-in for Avid Interplay Access

The Send to Dalet plug-in for Avid Interplay Access lets users send clips and sequences to a
Dalet device without launching an editor. This plug-in requires that the clips and sequences
are linked to PCM audio. Therefore, Avid recommends PCM-only workflows for any
workgroups that use this plugin.

Prerequisites for the Send to Dalet Plug-in

• The Send to Dalet plug-in for Interplay Access requires:
- Avid Interplay Engine v2.2 or later
- Avid Interplay Access v2.2 or later
• You must install the plug-in on each system that uses Access to send to a Dalet device.
You install the plug-in from the following location on the Avid Interplay Client DVD:
<DVD_ROOT>\Installers\AccessPlugins\SendtoDaletPlugin\setup.exe
Double-click setup.exe and accept the defaults.
• An Interplay Administrator must configure the Interplay workgroup to use the plug-in,
as described in the following topic.
