Introduction
I evaluated three different restaurants and they are Texas Road house, La Fiesta

Mexicana, Si Senor Restaurant in how they prepared their margaritas. These three restaurants are

here locally. I evaluated and did research on three restaurants on how they make and know the

strength, price and diversity of margaritas. The purpose that I thought about doing more research

on the strength on the margaritas is because the ones that are made at Si Senor are wine based

and the strength and texture are too weak.

In additionally what brought my attention is the base they use at Si Senor to prepare

margaritas and how the texture of these drinks are and compared to the other two places I

evaluated and research.

Si senor has a beer and wine menu their margaritas are wine based they have a small

diversity such as frozen or made on the rocks. Si senor also does not have a full bar or have a full

liquor license and this is why their margaritas are wine based. Texas road house has a full bar

and has a diversity of margaritas made with tequila. La fiesta Mexicana use 100% tequila and is

more authentic and also has a better diversity than what Si senor restaurant have. I always need

to be telling my customers that they are wine based but they are people that make their face

reaction or ask why or why are the drinks not made with real tequila.

Evaluation

Item 1 Margaritas Strength

I did research at Si Senor first because this is where I work and their they the most

popular margaritas they have are called house and Si Senorita and their price are $10.00 under.

They do not have as much diversity like the other two places I did research.

The second research I did was at Texas Road House I was able to evaluated a bar tender she

was very nice and was able to answer all my questions I had for her. She told me that they have a

diversity of margaritas such as frozen or on the rocks and, that they use 2.oz of tequila and if

you wanted to add a side kick it would be an additional cost of $2.00.The most popular margarita

they have are called Hurricane, Jamaica Cowboy and, Captain Morgan. They also have happy

hour Monday-Thursday 3-6.

 The third research I did was la fiesta Mexicana I was able to evaluate the manager she

wasn’t really being interactive in answering my questions such as when I asked her about how

much ounces of tequila they usually use she had only said four shots she did not know exactly

what the ounces were. They also had a good diversity of drinks as well and the most popular

ones they have are is the Fiesta, Patron and, house margaritas.

Item 2 Popular

The most popular drink they had in la fiesta Mexicana are called Patron, fiesta, and house

margarita. The most popular Texas road house sells is called the hurricane, Jamaica, Cowboy

and Captain Morgan. Si Senor most popular is the house margarita they don’t have much

diversity like the other two restaurant’s I evaluated.

fiesta Mexicana I choose this one because the strength and texture was on point. My second

choice would be Texas road house

Item 3 Diversity

The diversity they have frozen or made on the rocks. Their flavors were such as mango,

strawberry, peach, coconut and the original. Servers will ask you if you like sugar or salt when

you order.

 Conclusion

In addition in doing how- to- project in by evaluating and doing research on three

different restaurants was interesting. La Fiesta Mexican is more authentic in how they prepare

them there strength and texture is right on point and have the most popular drinks in town. The

audience will love going here because they do have the best margaritas and great customer

service. Their busiest times are during lunch time and on the weekends. Overall in doing my

project and doing my evaluation communicating with the bar tenders was fun this digital

portfolio was pretty neat learning how to do technical writing this is my first time ever

experiencing this class. I learned so much just in a couple of weeks it was intense for me because

I am taking other classes but overall I do recommend this class to students who are going for

business administration it was great experience and making achievements and, making success

for my education.
