ro is a dynamic, young and energetic company, that entered in her second stage of existence
(just passed the 10 years mark market life span).

desire for satisfied customers.
In 2018 Vola.ro celebrated 11 years of market presence, close to 100 employees in Bucharest office,
and the level of over 40.000 tickets sold in one month.
Now in 2019, the strategic plan is to consolidate the Number 1 Ticketing Agency position in Romania
by delivering exquisite customer care experience and inspirational guidance to employees.

After undergoing a solid HR reengineer process in 2018, with the guidance of an external management
consultant, we look for a visionary HR Manager to lead the work begun and help the team reach
success in achieving its operational objectives.

The HR Manager is part of the Top Management Team and has a voice at the management table.

Our new colleague must be young in spirit, with a flexible mind set, oriented towards ongoing learning
and developing. She or he should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, to think in
her/his feet, and act using best judgement and always having the best interest of the company at
mind.

We appreciate honesty, and straight forward approach, solid arguments and bold statements. The
new manager should not be shy in expressing their opinions and perspective considering the HR Labor
code regulations, self-experience or market benchmarking. It is expected for this person to bring
added value by enriching the management team decisions with the human – process balanced
approach.

After developing our practices for over 10 years we pride ourselves with our operational savviness and
we know how to set sound KPI for each function. We would appreciate the HR Manager to balance
our approach with a coaching dimension, and to help in developing Middle Managers confidence to
work with their growing teams (as the team size get bigger and bigger, and team dynamics play a more
so important role).

Prior experience in similar managerial role is a must, as the department consists of other 2 colleges (a
Junior Recruiter and a Payroll Specialist) that look for guidance and lead from the HR Manager.

The main areas of direct responsibility would entail:


- Labor code due diligence and alignment
- Accurate and to date payroll process and salary payments
- According to the needs in time recruitment and job fit match
- Key role in defining future organizational structure
- Key role in organizational developing programs
- Main lead in professional development process
- Employee touch point and employment life expectancy modeling
As VOLA.ro is part of a Romanian – Poland group, with two Polish Founders, the ability to use English
as a work day to day ability is a must. HR Manager reports to the CEO and works closely with
counterpart in Poland and Ukraine.
