COMES NOW, A. James Rockefeller, Esq., Rockefeller Law Center, P.C., an attorney

authorized by the Rules of the Supreme Court of Georgia to practice law in the State of Georgia,

and pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 15-19-14 and hereby files his Attorney’s Lien for services rendered

respecting the above former client arising out of attorney’s representation of DANIELLE

OCKSTADT, arising out of a Personal Injury Claim, which occurred on February 11, 2016. A.

(twenty-one thousand, three hundred fifty-seven dollars and ninety-five cents) for the

representation of DANIELLE OCKSTADT in this matter.
