Award Nomination

Nomination for an award can be done quickly by selecting the employee, award type
and writing a brief citation
Peer Nomination

Any employee can nominate any other employee subject to approval by the
immediate manager of the nominated employee and other stakeholders (optional) to
promote a more collaborative workplace and increase the scope of recognition for
employees while keeping the immediate managers in the loop.
Self Nomination

Self-nomination with Approvals (optional) and document upload option can be used
for Hiring Referrals, Process Improvement Suggestions, External Certifications,
highlighting other small achievements, etc. creating a gamified work environment.
E-Certificates

Each award type can be associated with a customized e-certificate template


Wall of Fame

Enables employees to view and congratulate award winners


Redemption Catalogue

Vast number of gift cards/ vouchers for each country. Employees can easily select
from the available options and get the card/ voucher couriered/ mailed to them
