a) Form of Owners:
“JANBO” is an application service where we provide educational information. It is a partnership
business of 5 members and each member will be accountable for this business. We will provide
an application service where the students and their guardians can easily access to the notices and
information’s of any Institution in the country, all in real time. All the members would have
unlimited liability and contribute equally to maintain the business. We are five accomplices at
present and we, as a whole, will control over the business, rules and policies.
Since it will be an organization business, we will start off with five of us for this business. We
ourselves are the accomplices and the central shareholders of the organization. Our fellow

As our business is basically a private business, we don't have issued stocks in the Stock trade,
which likewise implies that we right now don't have any voting and non-voting stocks as we are
getting ready for a participative administration style which incorporates all the business
accomplices. We have to raise shares in this business as the venture for every one of us is the
same. Regarding power, nobody has legitimate power on other or on the business. Every one of
the individuals from the board will be given equivalent rights to settle on essential administration
and marking choice. Any kind of authority printed material and report must contain mark of the
considerable number of individuals from our board. The individual positions held by the
governing body will have their own duties and experts.
d) Management -Team Background
Brief description about the members of our board is given below:

As our business is new and all the members are contributing equally, all the positions of the

1. 1: He is the CEO of our business and he will execute the whole business. Besides, he
will manage the administrative professionals.
2. 2: As being the GM, he will play different roles in the business, basically he will act
based on the situation accordingly.
3. 3: Being a Financial and Accounting manager of our business she will take care of
every financial activities of the business.
4. 4: She will be the HR manager of HR department, person responsible for the
recruitment of employees for the business. A training program is designed by her for
the employees to perform according to the task they are recruited for.
5. 5: She will be the chief marketing officer and Brand Promoter of our business. Her
responsibilities will be promoting our brand.
