Imtech Imaging’s warranty and reputation go hand in hand, offering you and your customers peace of
mind in purchasing decisions.
Our refurbished Dry Lasers, MIMS, and associated products are sold with a Six Month Limited Parts
Warranty. Our refurbished Multiloaders and Film Processors include a One Year Limited Parts
Warranty.
The equipment warranty covers the no cost replacement of faulty part(s) only, it does not include the
labor required to replace that part(s).
The following are EXCLUDED from the WARRANTY:
Incorrect installation (voltages and ventilation, etc.);
Changes in voltages (electrical storms and ups’s, etc.);
Typical wear on moving parts;
Improper maintenance (Dry Lasers);
Improper monthly maintenance (Film Proceesor);
Replaced Warranted Parts.
Returning Replaced Warranted Parts
All replaced warranted part(s) will have a return au-

thorization form and number assigned, both the war-

Dryview 8700 Image Laser
The DryView 8700 Imager is a high volume 14 x 17 in. format that is designed for CT, MRI,
DSA, and other applications that can be interfaced with a PACS Link for basic network print-
ing with exceptional speed and diagnostic images quality all at a affordable first step towards
PACS.
Control Is Easy
The operator’s interfaces include two different optional remote

keypads and a local panel, both display a number of options such
as calibration, open supply door, print, test print, user 1, user
2, ready light, alarm light, and a main menu that displays the
amount of time left before the processor is ready, film size, type,
supply left, and total number of film printed.
Ease Of Use
Featuring nine different format options from 1:1 to 20:1, the 20:1
format is accommodated without compression. Processing up to
a 120 films per hour and self calibrating to optimize image
quality without operator intervention. The automatically opened
and closed 125 sheet daylight loaded film cartridge is easily
replaced by opening the front access door, remove the empty
cartridge and placing the new cartridge on the cartridge guides
and closing the door.
Advantages
Having 78 micron laser spot spacing, 325 dpi resolution, and
4,096 gray levels for high quality crisp edged sharpness. The
DryView 8700 self calibrates for consistent contrast and density,
and along with a PACS Link interface that converts data from
legacy modalities to DICOM so the 8700 can receive images over
a network for hardcopy viewing. Therefore, enhancing
productivity.

Quality Control Testing

To ensure customer satisfaction, it is Imtech Imaging’s policy that all our
refurbished equipment is tested for a minimum of 48 hours. At such time
the equipment is monitored to ensure all systems and components of the
equipment are functioning at OEM standards.
Exterior Panels
All the panels are repaired and refinished in a light gray and greige industrial
coating to match the OEM’s lasted color configuration, a new name plate is
installed to match the original OEM appearance.
Sensing and Solenoid Components

All U, Flag, and Interlock sensors, Kicker, Alignment, Door, and Gate solenoids are removed, cleaned, inspected, tested
and reused or replaced with new.
Mechanical Systems - Rollback Asssembly - Pickup Assembly - Platen Module - Film Transport -
Film Processor
The mechanical systems are disassembled, polished, refinished, rebuilt, inspected, tested, and reassembled to the main frame
along with new belts, sensors, solenoids, interlocks, charcoal filter, all other filters and felts, clam shell aluminum foil, heat
rollers, recoated drum assembly, drum brushes, stripper rollers assembly, etc. All are adjusted to OEM specifications and
monitored at run in to assure trouble free service.
Electronic Assembly - Digital Interface - Fiber Interface - Image Processor - Memory Daughter -
Machine Interface - New Modem - Power Distribution - System Control - Translator Daughter -
Video Interface, etc.
The electronic PCB’s are all cleaned and inspected configured to your
specifications, reinstalled and tested. During power up the power supply and all
test points are checked for correct operating voltages to ensure all components
are set to OEM specifications.
Laser Optic System

The LOS is removed, cleaned, inspected and reused or replaced with a
reconditioned module that has a new tested laser diode installed. The module is
tested again at run in to assure proper operation.

All MIM systems are configured to your specifications and tested
on our in-house ethernet network.
The MIM 9410 and MIM 200 Image Acquisition Systems are
flexible and modular, having no monitor, keyboard, or mouse.
Used as a Modality Server which can capture images from up to
three directly connected Digital or Video modalities, converting
the image data to DICOM and sending the images to a network
destination of choice for printing, or used as a Print Server which
receives DICOM images from an Ethernet network that the Print
Server continuously monitors and automatically captures images
addressed to it. After the images are formatted they are then sent
to a designated DICOM
compliant network printer.
This is all accomplished
without operator intervention.
Control is Easy
Operator uses host control devices or optional keypads to capture, format,
and print images. The touch screen keypad gives the operator many options
such as print, store, sequential store, erase, copies, stop print, format, etc.
For images that are received faster than the printer can print, both MIM
systems will store the images in memory until they can be printed, thus
increasing work flow and productivity.

M6B 90-Second Film Processor
Used for General Radiography and with upgrades, can also be used for Mammography. This
versatile processor can be a standalone or docked to a mutliloader. It’s easy to use, maintain,
and delivers high quality 90-second processing. The M6B has become our flagship film
processor in recent years for good reason.
Control Is Easy
With the on board electronics that controls a variety of essential

system controls, your engineer has many adjustment options that
can simply be made by following the OEM adjustment
procedures of the 100 Board in the electronics box.
Ease Of Use And Installation

The ease of use and install was well designed, a internal audible
alarm to signify it’s ok to feed another film. A digital display
reflects the current developer temperature, and with the push of
a control panel mounted button you can check the replenishment
rates. A integrated standby control puts the processor in a idle
state when films are not being processed, but the processor still
maintains chemistry temperature, and saves unnecessary wear
on moving parts, at the same time saves on energy and water
consumption. The dedicated developer, fixer, and wash drains
help meet environmental codes. A fixer diverter valve feature
that makes it possible for fixer effluent to be directed to silver
recovery equipment. With a built in anti-siphoning device and
the use of ambient temperature wash water , there is no hot water
plumbing or a thermostatic mixing valve necessary.
Quality Images
The electronically controlled temperature sensing system uses
thermostats, heaters, heat exchangers, and potentiometers to
control the developer, fixer, and dryer temperature. Optional
flooded replenishment rate help maintain chemistry in low
volume sites. A system that controls itself, and gives you options,
getting consistent quality radiographs has never been easier, no
matter what your particular needs may be.

To ensure customer satisfaction, it is Imtech Imaging’s policy that all our
refurbished equipment is tested for a minimum of 48hrs. At such time the
equipment is monitored to ensure all systems and components of the
equipment are functioning at OEM standards.
Exterior and Interior Main Frame

All our film processors are stripped to the frame. The frames are sand blasted, sanded, repaired, and refinished as well as all
exterior panels in a greige industrial coating, and a new face plate is installed to match the original OEM appearance.
Transformer and Electrical Boxes

Both boxes are completely dismantled sand blasted, sanded, and repaired of any defects, then refinished in a satin black
industrial coating. All relays, solid state relays, circuit breakers, and EMI filters are replaced with new or reused, and tested.
A new power supply and film counter is used in the electrical box along with a new or reconditioned PCB100 Board. All
reused components that have any signs of wear, corrosion, or the integrity of the component has been compromised in
anyway is replaced with new for long reliable service.
Sensing Components
The developer heater assembly, thermistor assembly, and overtemp assembly are replaced with new or reconditioned and
tested, a new thermowell that houses all these components is used on every processor, as well as a new LCD developer
temperature display is replaced on every M6B. The dryer thermistor is replaced with new or reconditioned, the dryer
overtemp thermistor and dryer temperature potentiometer is always replaced with new.
Chemistry Components
A new March recirculation pump, Gorman-Rupp replenishment pump, water inlet
solenoid valve, and a developer cooling solenoid valve are installed on

radiology department. The compact Multiloader 300 unloads X-Omatic or MIN-R2 cassettes,
