CHANGES
CAUSE
In the panic output, we can see different devices paths: disk controller, fiber and network cards.
The customer sent a BREAK signal during the panic process, it interrupted the saving of the crash dump file.
The Fault Management Architecture(FMA) did not find a hardware problem.
No physical alert, Service LEDs off!
SOLUTION
2) Make sure that system is properly set to collect the crash dump.

https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=1004803.1
3) Monitor the system, in case of new panic, let system panic process get completed.
Then raise an Oracle Service Request, collect and upload: explorer, snapshot and crash dump file to analyze.
