radio adverts

The Radio adverts are 15 to 60 seconds but the minimum seconds is 30


seconds that the average. Most radio adverts are mostly 30 to 40 seconds
long. In them they sound very enthusiastic and highly persuasive. Persuading
people that why they should do what their advertising and their also direct
address as if they're talking to each of the audience directly and targeting
them. Some radio advertisements gives the audiences rhetorical questions to
make them think. There’s also some humours in the adverts to give the
audiences a laugh, with the adverts there’s always a narrative voice over of the
product and details of the product. On occasions musics will be used to
promote the products or to make it sound interactive. Volumes changes
throughout the radio advert. They always talk in standard english so everyone
understands, there is sound effects that would be added to set the advert for
example if their advertising something scary they would use scary sound
effects and audio clips to get the audience's attention. The voices that are
used in the adverts are sometimes different than the person who tells the
audience about the documentary channel and when it’s on. They always tell
the people what the channel is and when it’s on, plus the title and the
description of the advertisement otherwise we won't know what their talking
about. The radio adverts are simple and always include the scheduling
information of the person broadcasting. To target the audiences between the
age 16 to 18 or above, you would have to be enthusiastic and make them
feeling excitement about what your advertising. Tell them that they could do
this and have a great future ahead of them.
Try and persuade them and make them feel like their talents are worth
something for their life. Music is rarely copyright, keep the advert upbeat to
keep them paying attention and listen. The most music that is used is jingles.

In this advert you can hear all kinds of sound effects like clapping. The
speaker is speaking english with an accent giving instructions to the college
and the life the students will have and persuade them to sign up.

In this one the advertiser advertises with special offers and you can hear a
secondary voice of a women giving hints and their persuading the audiences
to join the sixth form college and giving details and to join now.

In this one is direct address to the children's parents persuading the parents
to think about sending their childrens to a college like that so they can have a
better future for themselves. Gives them details on the subjects for example
music, sports e.g there’s also music added into it.

In this one there’s a slow upbeat music and they get the students to tell the
audiences what their dreams are to be and how that college is helping them.
It’s also telling the audiences about why they should join and given advices to
help them along.
