I am writing this letter to recommend the following students as replacement to the five (5)
Scholars who were DOH CHOLARS at the same time one of the TES CHED SCHOLARSHIP
grantees.

With this, I had already asked an advices at the CHED office with an internal arrangement within
the school prerogative they did gave us the permission and confirmation of such request.

As the Scholarship Coordinator I do recommend them for the reason that their Academic Status
is at good standing somehow and which would helped them solve financial problem on paying
