    Anent to the Certificate of Registration/Enrollment of TES Grantees as attachment of


    TES Billing, please be informed that instead of preparing the COR individually (per
    student), have it in single or one form/certification only satisfying the following
    information:

     Academic Year & Semester Period


     Complete Name
     Year Level
     Course Enrolled

    Please prepare the FIRST SEMESTER & SECOND SEMESTER in a separate


    certification duly signed by the President and Registrar and have it notarized.

    Moreover, the deadline of all required documents will be announced later.
