UNDERTANDING PRIVATE PLACEMET PROGRAMS/PPP/HYIP-TRADING PLATFORM

The Private Placement Programs or High Yield Investment Programs, are private programs based on the purchase/sale of
bank financial instruments (mainly MTNs).These instruments are bought fresh-cut with a significant discount on their face
value to then be resold at a higher price in the secondary market. The difference between the sale price and the purchase
price is the trader/investors gain.

The trading operation is normally referred to as "controlled" or "managed" bank debenture trading because the supply side of
the financial instruments and the "exit buyer" for the financial instruments have already been pre-arranged, and the price of
the instruments already contracted for, thereby ensuring that the financial instruments will be sold to the stipulated "exit
buyer" at a pre-agreed higher price..Hence, each and every completed trade contractually guarantees a net profit to the trader
(and never a net loss). It's a legal arbitrage, is all!.

That is why is called “Secured Trading”, with very high profits.There are ONLY a few Traders in the world with Licence to trade
with MTNs(Fix Income)

1.-BGs/SBLCs and MTNs-FC. Direct from a Provider of Deuchche Bank-Frankfurt and HSBC. Not intermediares between the
provider and Me.You need the LOI, DOA and the POF..Do not ask for procedures.If the client does not know the general
procedures, he is not a real buyer.We will check the client’s procedures with the bank.We ONLY sell FC to no clients..MTNs ss
or S are only for clients.

2.-SERVER TO SERVER :IP-IP, IP-ID, DTC…You will need DOA and the Screenshot for ip-ip and ip-id. And the
Doa and Codes to verify the DTC. The DOA must be completed , with all the details of the client and the
bank.The receiver is not a private company , is the SAME BANK- HSBC –London or HK. We can also get
Financial instruments directly from HSBC.
