澳大利亚海事当局最近发布了 15/2017 海事通告, 为油船进行货油海上过驳操作提供
了具体要求, 同时这些要求也适用于澳大利亚国内船,相关的澳大利亚船舶和外国旗船舶。
该通告的主要内容:
AA. 油船货油海上过驳操作
1.MARPOL 附则 I 规定了船对船货油海上过驳操作(STS)的具体要求,这些要求适用于
