Nurse 1 : Good morning !

Nurse 1 : How many patients today?
Nurse 2 : 6 patients, one of them suffers Diabetes Mellitus disease. Named is Mrs. Ela
Juwita. Today she will be did routin glucose test.
At 09.00 am and 17.00 pm
Nurse 1 : Ok, next I will do the glucose test to the patient
Nurse 2 : Ok. If the patient glucose is high, I will inject the insulin to her.
Nurse 1 : let’s we check the condition of patient.
Nurse 2 : Ok.
Nurse 1 : Morning, Mrs. How are you today?
Patient : I feel fatigve, headache, and nausea.
Nurse 2 : Have you eat breakfast, Mrs? You look pale.
Patient Family : Done, but just a little, because she dosen’t like porridge, and last night, she
didn’t sleep well because she feel worried.
Nurse 1 : Better, Mrs. Ela still give the adequate food, so that Mrs. Ela doesn’t feel
fatigve.
Patient Family : Ok nurse, can she get rice better than porridge drink sweet tea in the
morning, because Mrs. Ela drinks it usually.
Nurse 2 : You can change it (Porridge) into rice, but just a little and the tea contains
less sugar. Because if it contains much sugar, it can make Mrs. Ela glucose
increases.
Pateint Family : I have said it, that she may not drink tea too sweeet, but she reffuse to do it.
Nurse 1 : Better, Mrs do the treatments was by doctor, so that your condition will be
better.
Patient :Yes nurse, I will do it
Nurse 1 : Mrs, I will check your glucose at 09.00, to see your glucose has down or yet.
Nurse 2 : Ok, we will reture to nurse station first

Nurse 1 : Excuse me Mrs, I will do glucose check to you, are you ready Mrs?
Patient : Yes, I am
Nurse 1 : Ok, Mrs, I do it now (do the treatment)
Patient family : May I know the resut nurse?
Nurse 1 : The result og glocose test is 350 mg/dl. It is still high. So to help to drop your
glucose. Next at 10.00 am I will inject it, you may not eat food
Patient : Oke nurse, I will remember it, thank you.

Nurse 2 : Excuse me Mrs. I will inject the insulin to you now. Are you ready?
Patient : Yes, I am ready, may I eat food after the injection nurse?
Nurse 2 : 15 minutes after do it, you can eat food.
Patient : Ok nurse, thank you
Nurse 2 : Ok Mrs, get well soon. I hope you can activity soon
Patient : Ok nurse, thank you for your attention.
