ABSTARCT

The study was set to examine the relationship between employee teamwork and
organizations performance at TATA Motors.

The study was guided by the objectives of - to find out benefits of employee
teamwork, to access the relationship between employee teamwork and their
performance, and to investigate the challenges faced by employees related to
employee team work.

This was carried out in order to create awareness about the importance of team
work. It used data collected by the use of a questionnaire with a sample size of
50 respondents.

The study concluded that team work is critical in the functioning of an


organization. It was also concluded that there is a strong relationship between
team work and performance by employees at TATA Motors and that this kind
of relationship is a positive one that translates to increased performance.
