Casas Platino is a company dedicated to the construction and sale of houses. I have been part of the
team, giving systems solutions for different areas of the company such as: Sales, Post Sale, Finance,
Management.
Survey of requirements.
Mapping of processes in the field of the different areas involved in after-sales (creation of a
guarantee ticket, review of policies, appointment schedule, diagnosis of incidents, follow-
up of repair work to be carried out, closing of tickets and satisfaction surveys client).
Creation of a solution proposal (documentation and mockups).
Proposal for Dashboards, KPI's, Balanced ScoreCard, What-if
Support (DBA)

For phase 2, it was proposed to perform REST API with NodeJS for the integration of these
two platforms (SAP B1 and Salesforce).
