ABSTRACK

The government has published PERMENKES RI No. 35 Tahun 2014 about

the standard of pharmaceutical in pharmacy as a legal basis and manages the
implementation of pharmaceutical services in the pharmacies. This study aims to
describe the implementation of pharmacy services in the pharmacies East
Semarang region and as an evaluation for the implementation of the Standards of
Pharmaceutical Services in the Pharmacies in East Semarang region.
This study is non-experimental survey with cross sectional design.
Data collection was performed by the method of ghost shopping.
The data that obtained is a clinical pharmacy service data covering human
resources and supporting equipment, general pharmaceutical services, drug
information, and swamedication through OWA service. The data was analyzed
descriptively and presented in table form and narrative. The results are interpreted
in the form of a score is the total percentage score category 81-100% good
categories, 61-80% sufficient categories and ≤ 60% less categories.
The study results showed that the standard of pharmacy services in the
phamacies in East Semarang region has not been implemented. Among the 57
pharmacies in East Semarang region, pharmacists who provide pharmaceutical
services only six (6) people (10.5%) and pharmacists who use attributes of
practice are only three (3) people (5.3%). 52 pharmacies (91.2%) have installed
practice boards of pharmacists, one (1) pharmacy (1.7%) who install pharmacist
practice boards outside the pharmacy, and only three (3) pharmacies (5.3%) have
included pharmacist practice schedules on pharmacist practice boards. The result
of pharmaceutical service standard implementation in pharmacy of East Semarang
region in all, only 7.75% are included in less category.
