COMPANY BACKGROUND AND HISTORY

The story began when JESSIE JAMES TAMAYO NUÑEZ, an aspiring civil
engineering graduate, after undertaking some considerable work experience in the construction
industry, decided and dared to enter in the enterprising world of construction business. This
brought the inception of TNSD CONSTRUCTION CORP., where he was one of the
incorporators. It was founded in 8th day of May in Makati City, Philippines. Throughout its
active years TNSD CONSTRUCTION CORP. had contracted subcontract works for civil
engineering projects like horizontal and vertical construction projects, especially high rise
construction. But, at best, it was a specialty contractor for fabrication and installation of
reinforcement bars, for which it soon earned its reputation as a leading contractor in its sphere of
activity.

In ensuing years, in 25th day of June 2002, he decided to found his own construction
firm. This gave rise to the founding of JJTAN CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT, in
Santa Rosa, Laguna, a sole proprietorship duly registered with the DEPARTMENT OF
TRADE AND INDUSTRY. At the outset, JJTAN CONSTRUCTION &
DEVELOPMENT retained its reputation as specialty contractor for rebar works and a leader in
its trade. But soon its projects expanded to include masonry works, plastering works, tiling
works, architectural finishes (doorjamb installation), fabrication and installation of formworks,
and concrete pouring works.

Finally, in 27th day of September 2010, JESSIE JAMES TAMAYO NUNEZ, INC.
(JJTAN, INC.) was founded in Binan, Laguna, a duly registered business corporation with
the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC). Initially, it had an authorized
capital of ONE MILLION PESOS (PHP1,000,000.00), of which ONE HUNDRED
THOUSAND (PHP 100,000.00) was the paid up capital. Later, it sought an increase of
capitalization from SEC. Thus, its authorized capital went up to ELEVEN MILLION PESOS
(PHP 11,000,000.00), of which THREE MILLION PESOS (PHP 3,000,000.00) was the Paid
up capital. Through all those combined years of long and wide experience in construction
development, JESSIE JAMES TAMAYO NUNEZ, INC. (JJTAN, INC.) saw a dramatic
expansion of its construction services. From its humble beginning as a subcontractor for civil
engineering works and specialty contractor in the fabrication and installation of reinforcement
bars, it now expanded into general construction services.

Initially, the company ’ s efforts was focused on construction of FORMWORKS,

CONCRETING, REBAR, PRECAST, MASONRY, PAINTING, TILING, INTERIOR FIT
OUT, ARCHITECTURAL RECTIFICATION & other architectural works, especially in high
rise buildings, domestic road, railway, water reservoir project, and all horizontal and vertical
projects, for which the firm soon earned a wide reputation.

True to form, JJTAN, INC. had been a direct Contractor of NUVOLAND

PHILIPPINES, INC. It had acquired a contract for the supply of labor and materials including
supervision for Architectural Concrete and Masonry Works and various other civil engineering
works at the INFINITY TOWER project located at 25th and 26th Streets Bonifacio Global
City, Taguig City and at the ASPIRE TOWER project located at E. Rodriguez, Jr. corner Kalye
Industria, Libis, Quezon City.

Now, JJTAN, INC. is an Accredited Contractor of AYALA LAND INC. (ALI), under
which it is a Subcontractor of the MAKATI DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
(MDC). Likewise, JJTAN, INC. is an Acrredited Contractor of SM DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION (SMDC) for which it has ongoing projects.

As yet, JJTAN, INC. has now a pending application for CATEGORY C accreditation
in the PHILIPPINE CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD (PCAB). Its target is to
continuously and gradually upgrade its category over the years from CATEGORY C to A, and
even higher still to CATEGORY AAA (GOD WILLING!).

We express our utmost confidence and optimism that in the years to come we shall have
attained our goals and aspirations. To this end, we shall strive for excellence as we deliver
quality services and on-time completion of projects done in the safest way possible with the
highest standard and ideals in mind.
