Reflection

In this grading period, I learned a lot in MAPEH. In

Health, we discussed a lesson about the biggest health

issues & concerns. We took a lesson about 8

millennium development goals. We discussed a lesson

aboutg lobal health. We took a lesson about

communicable & non-communicable diseases. We

discussed a lesson about global fight against

communicable diseases. We took a lesson about global

strategies to prevent diseases. In Music, we discussed a

lesson about the 20th century traditional composers.

We took a lesson about song composers We discussed

the lesson about the new music composers. In Physical

Education, we took a lesson about hiphop. We

discussed the lesson about basic steps in hiphop.

 Reflection

In this grading, I learned a lot in MAPEH. In Music, we

took a lesson in Philippine Opera. We also discussed a
lesson about Philippine Ballet. We took a lesson about
Original Filipino Ballets. We discussed the lesson in
musical plays. We took a lesson about Philippine
Musical Plays. In Arts, we discussed the original
performance with the use of media. We took a lesson
about Philippine theater and performing groups. We
discussed the roles in a stage production. In Health, we
took a lesson about health careers. We discussed a
lesson about career pathways. We took a lesson about
allied health professionals. In Physical Education, we
discussed the different steps in cheerdance. We
performed a practicum in cheerdance.
 Reflection

In this grading, I learned many things in MAPEH. In

Music, we discussed the music of Africa. We took a
lesson about its types and the Latin American music
influenced by it. We learned the vocal and dance forms
of Latin American Music. We also discussed the
different kinds of popular music. In Arts, we took a
lesson about technology-based arts. We learned the
basics of learning digital photography. In Physical
Education, we took a lesson about management of
school sports competition. We discussed the school
sports intramurals. We also took a lesson about types
of tournament. In Health, we discussed marriage,
marriage as a commitment and the ingredients of a
happy marriage. We took a lesson about family
planning and the three methods of birth control.
