Week 2 Date: January 14 - January 18, 2019

Day 1: Starting the week right
January 14, 2019 Monday
Before we facilitate tomorrow test of Grade 8-
Woolard, we gave them the pointers which to
review on test, then we also remind them
about their lacking requirements. We asked
them to paste on their notebooks and have
their parents signed on it. Then, after that we
just waited for the deployment.
Day 2: Facilitation of Examination
January 15, 2019 Tuesday
Third Quarter test, let’s go! From 8:30-9:30
Me, Angela, Ace and Shine facilitates the test of
woolard. I’m happy because no one attempt to
cheat and I will really miss them on my PT-02.
But, then I am disappointed because no one
pass their lacking requirements. But, at night I
received Jabbar project on storybird. We also
checked their test right after and happy
because only two didn’t pass the exam.
Day 3: Meeting with supervisor
January 16, 2019 Wednesday
Again, half of the day I just encode the grades
of woolard, I adjust them all in their projects,
recitation, performance tasks, and seatworks.
Then, after that Ma’am marte meet us and ask
for an update, but it’s still the same. She also
shares their experiences yesterday on Jomar,
Learning(s)/Insight(s) Gained
 One thing I learned today is teachers have the
Power of words, 3R’s for today. Reminding,
Reinforcing, Redirecting. Reminding them about
the exam because that’s the most important thing
they need to pass. Reinforcing them to pass their
lacking requirements, because if not. Good luck!
Redirecting to them, which means let’s get to the
point that If you don’t pass the requirements, and
also didn’t study at test, don’t expect high
grades. We are so generous on giving grades to
the people who deserves it.
 No one attempted to cheat and that’s good,
they are just focus. I’m happy because when I
ask them to seat alphabetically, they just do it.
Because, the first time I asked them (which is
2nd quarter) to arrange their seats
alphabetically, all of the has concerns etc. But,
this time when I say alphabetically arrange,
they just follow it. They also get high grades in
the test compared to the 2nd quarter. But, 2 of
them didn’t pass the exam. Also, this is the last
day for them to have a chance to complete
their requirements, but no one pass. So, there
are consequences for their actions.
 So hard to be a teacher. Teacher should
separate her private life to her work life.
Teachers are celebrities too. I quickly realized
that teacher privacy is something that should
be guarded more than those valuable “teacher
binders” we all start to build. For me, social
media has an advantage and also
disadvantage when it come to teaching. When
we engage on social media, we aren't just a

Aira and ezra’s deployment. Then, we go home
early today to be productive and also do some
things or errands at home.
Day 4: Not so happy Thursday
January 17, 2019 Thursday
part of students' lives for the 55 minutes we
see them in class; we can instead be more
invested in them as people, and this is one
advantage I think. But, the disadvantage of it
is, Teachers should separate their personal
life to their work. That does why it’s good to
not accept your students when they added
you.

Today, we compared ourselves to pigs, How To Be More Productive

because their always sleepy and just waiting
for food. What I did today is I organize my
social medias, my privacy and accounts. I also
list down some things I need to buy, and also
ways to save money because I think, I will be
spending a lot on PT-02  Because, It’s all on
ME. No more group mates and team teaching.
Also, not so happy Thursday because we just
waited for deployment, but still no progress
on our papers.
Day 5: Waiting for deployment
January 18, 2019 Friday
TGIF! Not feeling well today, but need to be
punctual. I helped sir carlo today on his class,
So it’s SA duties today. But, it’s okay because
I’m doing nothing at the chapel just scrolling
my facebook, twitter, pinterest, and instagram.
Sadly, there are still no updates on our
deployment. Hopefully, Next week!
1. Make a reasonable to-do list. Don't overwhelm
yourself.
2. Set small goals for the tasks.
3. Focus on one goal at a time.
4. Track your time to identify patterns.
5. Create a proactive dashboard.
6. Figure out your 2 peak hours.
7. Pick one task and then do it.
 PATIENCE IS REALY A VIRTUE. It’s so hard to
wait that’s why my patience is really testing
me. But, it’s okay. We’ll just wait for Ma’am
Torrio updates on our papers. Hopefully, I
pray for good news this Monday.
