UNPLANNED-THE MOVIE
We are BLESSED to have the opportunity to see a free premiere screening of the movie “Unplanned” on Wednesday, March 27th at
7:00 p.m. at B&B Theatres in Emporia. This is the movie about the life of Abbey Johnson, a former director of Planned Parenthood
who changed from being Pro-Choice to Pro-life after witnessing an abortion at her clinic. This movie comes highly endorsed by our
own Archbishop Naumann and our favorite speaker Gus Lloyd! If you are interested I have 20 free tickets available first come first
serve. These tickets were generously donated by donors and Knights of Columbus of Kansas City. Please see me after mass or call me
at 620-340-5638 to claim your free movie pass. If you cannot attend on the 27th, the opening weekend is March 29th at B and B
Theatres in Emporia. It will be here for one week, possibly two. It is worth your hard earned money to attend this movie so
that other faith based movies continue to come to our area! After seeing this movie, please tell others about it and encourage
them to attend! Go to www.unplannedfilm.com to see the trailer and get more info! Please check out the attached flyer.
First priority for tickets will be given to JUNIOR/SENIOR CCD students and their parents. This movie is

The 6th grade class would like to invite parish members to help with the last service

to give to Food for the Poor. The items that are needed most are non-perisable food
products such as; noodle, mac/cheese, and rice cups, pop top cans of ravioli, spaghetti,
pasta sauce, canned fruit, and etc, small boxes of pasta, pudding and fruit cups, shelf
stable milk, cereal, pancake mix made with water, small containers of syrup, and
breakfast bars. Healthy snacks are needed also. We encourage everyone to check the
grocery isles for good tasteing, healthy items that will satisfy a hungry student.
Donations can be placed in the book bags in the back of church. Our class is looking
forward to doing our part to help this service project be successful.
