The GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY of all Head of Departments:

- Shall do risk and opportunity mapping; process mapping;


- Shall identify context (external and internal issues); interested
parties and their needs, Expectations.
- Shall identify, capture and update knowledge
 To ensure that the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and its correlation with
area of work has been understood by the personnel in the respective
departments,
 To achieve planned Quality Objectives through departmental objectives,
 To implement and maintain Quality Management System in their respective
departments,
 To ensure that the corrective actions pertaining to their departments are
implemented effectively through use of analytical techniques,
 To identify training needs of their department.
 To ensure smooth and timely implementation of continuous improvement in
their respective areas.
 To facilitate final Customer Satisfaction through timely completion of
activities internally within their respective departments.
 To control relevant documents and records within their respective
departments.
 To support Management Representative in smooth and timely completion
of internal audits.
 Contribute relevant data regarding performance related to their areas of
work for review by Management using analytical techniques
Concerned functional in charges are given adequate freedom & authority:

 to prevent occurrence of non conformity,


 to identify & record non conformity,
 to control non conforming product,
 to indicate, provide and implement corrective actions and to verify its
effectiveness.
