ACTIVE PARTNERS:

- Formulate the quality policy and quality objectives and review the same
periodically as on going commitment to Quality.
- Formulating Strategic direction (Vision, Mission, values) and business
plan.
- Initiate and supervise the quality management system.
- Committed to Provide resources to maintain the system .
- Chair management review meetings of the quality system.
- Decide responsibilities and authorities of all sectional in charge.
- Appoint the Management Representative to establish and implement
Quality Management System in accordance with ISO - 9001:2015.
- Review and approve the Quality Manual (QM) and handle any matter in
absence of concerned sectional in charge.
- Responsible for the overall operation of the company and for the
profitability, and competitiveness of the company
- Co-ordination with concerned department heads for identification of
training needs , organising for training and post-training evaluation of
training effectiveness.
- Maintaining records of training and training evaluations.
- Obtain employee feedback
- Maintaining liaison with external training organisations.
