Basic Price

Our offer is based on the following basic prices

We have considered the following basic prices as per the present market norms

Structural Steel : Rs. 38000/ Mt

Note:

 The above Basic Prices are FOR delivery at site including of all taxes, transportation, loading & unloading etc.,

 Any increase in the above basic price during the contract period shall be reimbursed to us at actuals.

Assumptions

General

We have not considered any galvanizing, bending and any NDT / PWHT / Pre-heating, use of HSFG / HT fasteners,
end milling works for structural steel works.

Item No. 1) Structural Steel Works

We have not considered any painting in this item presuming the same is measured and paid under item no. 6.

Item No. 1.1) Purlins & cladding runners

We have considered Hot rolled sections in our offer. Incase of usage of cold rolled sections, our offer is subjected to
revision.

Item No. 5) Insert Plates

We have not considered any anchor bolts for insert plates in our offer.

Item No. 6) Sheeting works

We have not considered any specials such as ridges, gutters, etc., in our offer.

Item No. 9) Polycarbonate Sheet

We have not considered any structural steel supports for this item of work.
