GSR.731 (E).— In exercise of the powers

Force Act, 1992 (3 5 of 1992), the Central Government hereby

Border Police Force Rules, 1994, namely:—

1. (1) FT f w f f ^TT Wm HF? Mror-f^cT ^f>n L (1) These Rules may be called the Indo-Tibetan
Border Police Force (Amendment) Rules, 2004.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their

publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Rules,

1994, in rule 100, for sub-rule (1), the following sub-rale
shall be substituted, namely :—•
'(1) F ^ a T T ^ r o , ^€^3TTH^cT^r^RrfqcT l
( 1) The finding on every charge upon which the
accused is arraigned shall be recorded and, except as
provided in these rules, shall be recorded as finding of
"Guilty" or of "Not Guilty" :
Provided that the Court shall record brief reasons .

Presiding Officer and the Judge Attorney, if any .'
