1. DISMANTLE ALL THE PROTECTION WORKS AND RCC RAILING / PARAPET WALL IF ANY.
2. EXCAVATE FOUNDATION TILL THE BOTTOM OF THE EXISTING FOOTING.
3. DISMANTLE THE EXISTING FOOTING OFFSETS IF ANY BEFORE CONSTRUCTING RCC BOX.
4. BEFORE DEMOLISHING THE EXISTING STRUCTRE PROJECTION (IF ANY) ALL THE DETAILS OF THE
EXISTING STRUCTRE SHOULD BE AUTHENTICATED BY CLIENT / AUTHORITY ENGINEER AND PRIOR
APPROVAL SHOULD BE TAKEN BEFORE DEMOLITION.
PLAN 5. CONSTRUCT THE RCC BOX BY PROVIDING 10mm THK. COMPRESIBLE FIBRE BOARD BETWEEN EXISTING
(SCALE 1:14) AND PROPOSED STRUCTRES.
6. CONSTRUCT THE VERTICAL WALLS OF PROPOSED RCC BOX BY FLUSHING THE INNER FACES OF THE
