and the secrets contained within the act itself where only known to those who were initiated in it.

Times have certainly changed and some of the secrets are now available to the masses. Can it be
because the consciousness of the Nu Afrikans has changed?

If so, then one of the greatest benefits that can be gained from engaging in sex between Nu Afrikan
couples everywhere is using sex as a REJUV-AH-NATION TOOL.

Nu Afrikans must take the responsibility of learning and comprehending how as a Nu Nation of Afrikans,
we can as couples use our bodies to not only pro-create life and just enjoy RBGz-Releasing Bio-chemicals

INCREASE, RELEASE, AND EXPERIENCE THE LONGEVITY EFFECTS OF OXYTOCIN THROUGHOUT OUR
BIOLOGICAL TEMPLES and revive our balancing systems within these precious biological temples of ours,
when we increase/release the dopamine force. Remember, dopamine must do the dance with oxytocin
in order for our biological systems and our minds to stay in a perfect state of Ma’at (balance).

Harmonious relationships amongst Nu Afrikan couples and old Afrikan couples can be revived, if both
will learn how to use the electro-magnetic inner-Gz of sex to turn that soft misty rain of the vibration of
healthy love into a REVIVED RIVER OF STRENGTH FOR THE LIBERATION OF OUR NU AFRIKAN NATION
here in the West and abroad.

The whole endocrine system and reproductive center can be cleansed and the Nu Afrikan can increase
the longevity of their sacred biological systems by utilizing certain breathing techniques during their
intense moments of intimacy along with certain sexual positions. The simple act of holding hands can
be just as effective in raising our oxytocin levels as much as engaging in the full act of sex itself. No one
is ever to old to learn these techniques or mindful practices. Diet and exercise of course plays a major
factor as well.

 The Sri Yantra

Tantra (Sanskrit: "loom, warp"; hence "principle, system, doctrine", from the root tan
"stretch, extend"), anglicised tantricism or tantrism or tantram, is an esoteric current of
Hinduism.

The word Tantra also applies to any of the scriptures (called "Tantras") commonly identified
with the worship of Shakti.[1] Tantra deals primarily with spiritual practices and ritual forms of
worship, which aim at liberation from ignorance and rebirth,[1] the universe being regarded as the
divine play of Shakti and Shiva.[1]

Tantrism originates in the early centuries CE, and develops into a fully articulated tradition by
the end of the Gupta period. It has influenced the Hindu, Sikh, Bön, Buddhist, and Jain religious
traditions.

Along with Buddhism, Tantra in its various forms has spread to East Asia and Southeast Asia.[2]
Despite reluctance to support a rigorous definition of tantra, David Gordon White offers the
following definition:

Tantra is that Asian body of beliefs and practices which, working from the principle that the
universe we experience is nothing other than the concrete manifestation of the divine energy of
the Godhead that creates and maintains that universe, seeks to ritually appropriate and channel
that energy, within the human microcosm, in creative and emancipatory ways.[3]

We will examine this definition alongside the very same principles that were Scripted Collectively (script
simply means a form of writing denoting its special characters that if unknown to others of foreign
cultures would need assistance in deciphering it-Cuneiform/Hieroglyphs for example) by our ANCIENT
ANCESTORS.

The Egyptians have preserved for us a portrait of Apt (Kheb, or Ta-urt), the Great Mother, in a fourfold
figure, as the bringer forth of the four fundamental elements of earth, water, air, and heat. As
representative of the earth she is a hippopotamus, as representative of water she is a crocodile, and as
the representative of breathing force she is a lioness, the human mother being imaged by the pendent

breasts and procreant womb. Thus the mother of life is depicted as bringer forth of the elements of life,
or at least four of these, as the elemental forces or 'souls' of earth, water, fire, and air, which four are
imaged in her compound corpulent figure, and were set forth as four of her seven children. Apt was also

life from the spark that was represented by the star. This, we reckon, is the soul of Sut,

As Nu Afrikans we should return to asking ourselves, “WHO TAUGHT THEM?” “What did our ancestors
call this sacred art of Breathing and this sacred way of having SEX?”

Our mother continent commonly known as Alkebulan, and Kemet, and later Africa (meaning to divide)
by the so called ancient Romans or so they say as they who control the writing and dissemination of
their stories-HISTORIES/ETYMOLOGIES- are constantly changing things to cover up the truth while
attempting to further erase our legacies; and proper divine/civil inheritance, birthed all civilizations
everywhere. Many documents refer to ANCIENT EGIPT AS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD. However, these
other nations have successfully used their BLACK ERASERS to erase the fact (s) that our ancestors
taught them the sciences that they now claim as their own and they have the whole world including us
acknowledging and using these ancient techniques as if they are truly of a Hindu/Indian/Asian/Chinese

SMAI, is the original egiptian word for Mystic meaning “UNION” and is the ORIGINAL SCIENCE OF

When we feel ourselves becoming aroused, while experiencing the releasing of the neuro-hormone
dopamine that is released by the hypothalamus where the main function of inhibiting the release of
prolactin from the anterior lobe of the pituitary, in our biological system rather than release it sexually
try this:

(Dopamine is the REWARD Chemical that induces both DESIRE AND DREAD—THE DREAD WOULD BE
THE OMMISION OF OBTAINING THAT WHICH IS DESIRED WHICH USUALLY LEADS TO DEPRESSION)

Stand and bend over with your hands on palms down on both knees. Inhale through the nose while
expanding the abdomen and relaxing the reproductive area—hold the breath (sekhem is the ancient
egiptian word and prana is the Sanskrit word from Hindu lineage) for a moment- then while pushing all
of the air out of your lungs through the mouth in a small ‘o’ shape, contract your reproductive area and
tighten your buttocks as well—while pushing that air down into those areas—hold it for a moment then
relax. In addition to that, stand up straight and place your hands on your hips, inhale again thru the nose
while pushing your shoulders upward—tighten them, hold this position for as long as you can then as
you let your shoulders drop loosely while exhaling through the mouth with the mouth again in a small
‘o’ shape.

The key here also is to visualize those organs that need revitalizing and direct (orbit-circulate) that bio-
electrically charged inner-g (Sekhem an egiptian word for absolute life force, more commonly referred
to as “prana” another Sanskrit word, the Chinese call it qi, pronounced as ‘chi’) into those organs while
also visualizing the proper color associated with that center, seat-ARUSHAAT, in Sanskrit they are
renamed as chakras; or you the Nu Afrikan can just visualize those organs as being well balanced and
healthy again.

Hugging the self is also very replenishing while holding loving thoughts of self-acceptance which will in
turn raise your oxytocin level and take on the nature of the being the reward because one must love the
self first and then ‘Kind’. Simple inhalations and exhalations can be done while hugging the self and
send that energy to your physical heart (AB).

These three simple exercises can be done until the feeling of arousal has ceased.

Finding other ways to channel that sexual inner-g can be doing things that you love to do creatively.

The Egiptian-Black Goddess Sakhumtet (Sekhmet) is very difficult to tame for she sits at the base of our
spines coiled up and is waiting for meaningful avenues by which she can travel up our spines and RE-
JUV-AH-NATE us again as well as gifting us with longevity; and the rewards of SPIRITUAL
TRANSFORMATION.

*REMEMBER WE ARE USING THE SACRED MENTAL SCIENCE FORCE KNOWN AS WILL WHEN DIRECTING
THE BREATH TO VARIOUS PARTS OF OUR BIOLOGICAL TEMPLE; and always when learning our ancient

arts, relearn the Ancient Afrikan terminologies of these vital Re-juv-ah-Nating principles, and techniques.
Each race is a particular ether, meaning a composition of particular conscious particles obtained through
the RNA of our off planet ancestors-The Goddesses/Gods- our race is a composition of the highest ether
referred to as the 9th Ether.*

The NU AFRIKAN most also reacquaint themselves with terms such as “MACRO-COSMIC/MICRO-COSMIC
ORBIT” while remembering that ‘As Above-Macro . . . So Below-Micro.’ We are miniature constructs of
planetary systems or the Ultimate Reality known as “THE ALL.”

Breathing is a respiratory (RE-spirit, rejoining the functions of the spirit to the body through the directed
will of the mind)function linked to circulation which in turn can be likened as the orbiting of the
heavenly bodies above us. Our ancestors did everything in synchronicity with planetary alignments,
even having sex during those certain alignments to pro-create children with a particular type of
consciousness made, and born in their image and likeness, consciously. When our ancestors used the
term “born out of due season” it didn’t mean that the child was not carried full term of the pregnancy.
It meant that that couple did not wait for the proper planetary alignment to have sex and pro-create
that child. (This would lead us into a different area of discussion as to why did our ancestors remove our
Barathary Gland)

Nu Afrikan couples must get into the habit of meditating together as well, this is very stimulating.

There are many SEXUAL RE-juv-ah-NATION techniques that Nu Afrikan couples can enjoy together.

 CHAMBER 6: SEX AND SPIRITUALITY

The Making
Of Life Is
Always A
Sexual Event

The making of life itself is a very spiritual

phenomena described always in a very sexual
manner.
Every Afrikan system has an elemental story about how the heavens and the
earth was made from primordial chaos and how these elements (Natures-Neteru-
Nazduru) began to rub against, and penetrate, inter-twine with each other causing
friction that also lead to absorption or swallowing up each other as well. The
primordial waters rising and stirring relate to arousal and the gathering up of the
seminal fluids and these combustionable (exploding intergalactic organisms-BIG
BANGS) particles or gases are termed as being heterogeneous and
homogeneous; and ALL THINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, i.e.
vibrating/pulsating moods (Ast.rophysically, scientist today have charted on the
Periodic Table of Elements) manifesting as various levels or planes of
EXISTENCE.

in order to get us to see how certain words potentially should really be used.*

All of these events require the same thing that all spiritual/physical essences
need—OXY-GENE (oxygen) -- RNA in its highest form. The primordial seeds
(ovarian eggs) and nuts (male seminal fluid) ignited by a tremendous elemental
spark that we call thunder (electrical currents that bear the same resemblance of
energy travelling up through some galactic nerve or spine). The visual evidence
of that spark is what we call lightening. Scientist even talk about the Big Draw
which is when space seemingly holds it breath (as the goddess Sakhumtet coils
herself up extremely tight-gathering up her venom-semen) before its orgasmic
release or implosion of Absolute Inner-g. (Egiptian Ogdoads and their earthly
spawned images as Egiptian Enneads)

From these processes, life is generated, regenerated and seemingly destroyed.

Anyway it is viewed the outcome is a great way to TRANSFORM AND CHANGE
LIFE FORMS INTO NEW STRUCTURES OR RETURN THEM TO THEIR ORIGINAL
STATE.

The Nu Afrikan who studies the sciences of the formation of galaxies can easily
relate those processes to sex as well. The Book of Coming Forth By Day is a well
studied example of supreme sexual PRO-CREATIVE ACTS that can also be used
as supreme avenues to SPIRITUAL transformations.

This leads us back to acknowledging the fact that the Priesthood of Hat Har
guarded the higher sciences of spiritual transformation by way of the avenues of
Sex only became known to a select few because the original made beings were
not intended to know these Sa-creed principles. Even the reality that once pro-
creative acts where done physically could be pleasurable were not known to the
newly made beings. There are ancient records that reveal that it was one of our
ancestors who revealed some of these SEED-creeds (secrets) to the newly made
beings without the approval of the other ancestors. This is what spawned the
ADAM/EVE/SIN stories that are nothing but copies of the original accounts of our
ancestors-LET US MAKE MAN IN OUR IMAGE AND LIKENESS experiments. (Yes,
I know this too is another heated controversial statement)

The Seed-creeds dealt with the sciences of impregnation. (sperm/ovum =

FERTILIZATION SCIENCES)

Our ancestors are a COLLECTIVE GROUP OF SUPREME/DIVINE SCIENTISTS.

In order to reach these levels require guidance from a highly trained Priestess
and/or Priest who have mastered the lower sciences of SA-creed (sacred) SEX-
lust-filled desires, along with persistent and constant dedication on the
practitioners part.

Sex as it relates to our spirituality can help the Nu Afrikan to open her/his heart to
what real love is in recognizing their constant connection and reflection of the
Great I Am . . . The All

There are ways to transcend the negative effects of excessive dopamine

gratification desires or repression classified as depression, lust, sexual excess,
rape and anything degradingly addictive (drugs, food and alcohol) to the self on
all levels of existence.

First, Nu Afrikans collectively must spend some time together thoroughly

investigating what exactly is a SPIRIT.

Why?

Obvious reasons reveal through the mere stages or gradual steps that the pattern
of tenses that words go through.

Ex: Spirit, Spiritual, Spiritualism, and then Spirituality

Right now we still merely UNDERSTAND what we have been taught SPIRIT to
mean BE and/or IS.

Since words originate from somewhere, we must trace those origins back to their
furthest roots which involves studying and comprehending the languages they
are spoken in and we must remember that with all of the miscegenation that even
those we speak foreign languages are really astute in the origins of their own
scripts because much has been destroyed and/or hidden from US the
HUMANITIES. This continues to make it easy to keep us all in various states of
confusion with constant roundtables of leaders debating over this and that.

The question remains-IS HUMANITY REALLY READY TO KNOW THE AB-SOUL-

UTE TRUTH . . . ABSOLUTE?

Nu Afrikans must seek out the answers to what SPIRIT and SOUL IS, as well as
what SPIRIT and SOUL IS NOT.

Many of our esteemed and misjudged Black/Brown Scholars have duly addressed
these questions in our own arenas of Debates, so each Nu Afrikan can choose
which appears to be of sound right reasoning to them-collectively.

THE HEART AND SOUL SCIENCES OF HOW THINGS ARE MADE AND WHY,
WHEN AND WHERE; AND FOR WHAT INTENDED PURPOSES.

What does this have to do with SEX?

What are the origins of the word SEX?

What was it called originally and what was the language that was used?

What language did God speak?

“In the beginning god said . . .”

The very premises of these words constitute something that was spoken and that
means to speak; and to speak means it is associated with a language.

Then we go from an Individual God announcing something, to a collective

statement from that Individual God asking for assistance from some other
WHO’S- TO DO A PARTICULAR THING.

“And GOD SAID, let US MAKE MAN, in OUR IMAGE and AFTER OUR LIKENESS:
and let THEM have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air,
and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that
creepth upon the earth. So, GOD created man in his own image, in the image of
GOD created he him; MALE AND FEMALE CREATED HE THEM.” Genesis 1: 26-

From Superman to Man by J.A. Rogers is an essential read for all Nu Afrikans.

This area also leads to the practicing of GENETIC SCIENCES known to our
ancestors that they brought with them to this made place of existence. The
sciences of Artificial In.semen.ation and Cloning are not new experimental
practices and/or tests.

Many of our Tribal Per.Re.Ah.u, Oluwo, Hogon, Houngan, etc., and their
descendants inherit certain rites and the information (sciences) to practice and
preserve these vital principles for the continuation of specific cultural practices;

are conveyed to commoners in Esoteric languages, stories, and symbols.

Here again, Nu Afrikans must also come to overstand that there is a difference
between EXOTERIC and ESOTERIC along with the functions of both in our
cultural societies everywhere that we reside. These two paths are schools and
SA-creed orders within themselves and they are both being used to influence,
and dictate the outcome of how life will be continued on this planet.

The significance of Language continued:

Genesis is proof that with all of the great discussion and approving by this
Individual being who suddenly proves that HE IS NOT ALONE, is speaking and
talking to what must be other Supreme/Divine Beings like HIMSELF (DENOTING
A GENDER TO A BEING THAT SUPPOSEDLY HAS NO GENDER AND CAN
ASSUME THE ROLE OF BOTH MOTHER AND FATHER, androgyneously. Gene-
der ALWAYS denotes CHROMSOMES and that equals GENETICS)—all of these
accounts denotes that Whomever these GROUPS OF BEINGS ARE WITH A
MASTER LEADER have a LANGUAGE and ONE OF THEM THAT WATCHED AND
RECORDED THESE ACTIONS ALSO SPOKE A CERTAIN LANGUAGE.

So, what language or languages did these groups of BEINGS from somewhere
out there above this plane of existence speak?

When languages are CONFOUNDED, SO ARE THE PEOPLE. They can become
easily CONQUERED AND DIVIDED.

Would it be reasonable to think that in order to confound a language into many
other languages that there had to be other Beings who are thought to be Divine
existing as well who were also coming to this Place called EARTH and sexually
mixed with the newly made beings or life forms that were already in existence as
well?

Let us remember that all of this did not happen instantaneously. These things had
to happen in STAGES or as scientists term it: EVOLUTION.

What I mean is this, if there only existed one

language in the BEGINNING and this language was taught to the newly made
beings-woman/man-then when it came time to confuse them because of their
collective efforts to build a space station (TOWER OF BABEL) was visited by this
same GROUP OF GODS who saw and disapproved of what there made beings
were being lead to do were able to go down; come from somewhere on high—
from beyond the skies, i.e. the various spheres or levels of scaled heights
(LAYERED SPACES) as referred to by scientists that end up being termed as
OUTER SPACE and confuse these one language speaking beings into being able

SEX and SPIRITUALITY is a great area of consistent study because humanity is

How can the RBGz be used as elemental fuels to propel us to that place where
SPIRIT RESIDES?

Many of our Divine Women/Men who are dedicating their lives to the preservation
of these SA-creed Sciences claim that the retention of our pro-creative eggs and
sperm is the key to this great transformation.

However, to accomplish this has to be done safely and with great care.

Suppressing these RBGz over any length of time can have some very damaging
psychological and biological effects.

Scientists are trying to isolate which of these RBGz are the cells are the over-
productive and/or under-productive causes within the biological makeup of

These seed-creeds are living electrical organisms and forces that are housed in
