Based on the condition of the client we conclude that he had fair


prognosis due to not totally fully recover and back to his normal daily
activities with total percentage of below 75%.

amount # of (good,fair,poor) x 100 Good = 25%
8 = (percentile) Fair = 75%
Poor = 0
