Abstrak

Kebutuhan meter air saat ini adalah hal yang sangat penting dalam
kehidupan manusia untuk kebutuhan pendistribusian air konsumsi dan
kebutuhan industri di Indonesia. Sistem Informasi adalah kombinasi dari
teknologi informasi dan aktivitas orang yang menggunakan teknologi itu
untuk mendukung operasi dan manajemen. . Dari masalah penelitian yang
telah dikemukakan, maka dapat dirumuskan adalah Bagaimana pengaruh
sistem informasi pada PT Multi Instrumentasi guna memperbaiki kinerja
perusahaan kinerja perusahaan?. maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah
Mengetahui kinerja perusahaan PT Multi Instrumentasi. Setelah
melakukan pengumpulan data, langkah selanjutnya adalah mengolah data
menggunakan metode Balanced Score Card (BSC) dan hasil yang didapat
oleh penulis adalah Pada perspektif pelanggan, tujuan yang ingin dicapai
oleh PT Multi Instrumentasi adalah meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap
pelanggan baru dan pelanggan yang sudah lama bekerja sama denga PT
Multi Instrumentasi. Pada Perspektif Proses Bisnis Internal tujuan yang
ingin dicapai dari perspektif ini adalah Peningkatan kualitas SDM agar
tercipta kinerja karyawan yang optimal. Pada perspektif pertumbuhan dan
perkembangan ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan kualitas SDM agar
tercipta kinerja karyawan yang optimal di PT Multi Instrumentasi. Pada
perspektif keuangan adalahPerencanaan anggaran keuangan yang baik
dan optimal.

 Abstract
Current water meter needs are very important in human life for the needs of the
distribution of consumption water and industrial needs in Indonesia. Information
systems are a combination of information technology and activities of people who
use the technology to support operations and management. From the research
problems that have been stated, it can be formulated. How does the influence of
the information system in PT Multi Instrumentation to improve the company's
performance?. then the purpose of this study is to find out the performance of the
PT Multi Instrumentation company. After collecting data, the next step is to
process data using the Balanced Score Card (BSC) method and the results
obtained by the author are on the customer's perspective. the goal to be achieved
by PT Multi Instrumentation is to improve services to new customers and
customers who have long worked with PT Multi Instrumentation. In the Internal
Business Process Perspective the objectives to be achieved from this perspective
are improving the quality of human resources in order to create optimal employee
performance. The growth and development perspective aims to improve the
quality of human resources in order to create optimal employee performance at
PT Multi Instrumentation. In the financial perspective is a good and optimal
financial budget planning.
