Scope of service:

1. NDT:

Scope of services:

 NDT testing as per approved NDT procedure

 Taking readings and generate report as per the data captured at site, evaluation of test
result.
 NDT report submission & repair indication marking on job.

2. Exclusion:

 Any welding and cleaning work.

 Any arrangements to reach the location of inspection & testing.
 Any sort of fabrication expediting activity at site/ vendor location.
 Any repair and modification works (Welding & Grinding).

Charges:

Other terms and condition:

 This offer is valid for location of service within Mumbai only (location Inside Mumbai
suburban rail network).

 The charges are inclusive of mobilization, demobilization, lodging, boarding, local travel and
incidentals expenses.

 Normal working hours are considered as 8 hours (max) Including lunch & tea time

 Inspection services will be carried out generally as per approved drawings / technical
specifications etc and as per the stages of approved QAP/ ITP. You shall provide all the
necessary documents to us. Safe approach to job location for inspection and testing shall be
ensured before offering inspection call.

 NDT equipment’s and consumables are in our scope of supply (only for non fluorescent
methods of NDT). The NDT scope is restricted to UT, MT & PT methods only.
 Qty of free issue material per visit for PT is as per list below
Developer: 2 Bottles of Spray can
Dye Penetrant: 1 Bottle of Spray can
Cleaner: 1Ltr Container or 2 Bottles Spray can
(Approximately 8 to 10 running meter of weld check is possible with above set of free issue
material under standard operating condition at site)
The left over material will be on returnable basis, any additional requirement of material over
and above the free issue material will be in the scope of client supply.

 During the period of our services you have to provide all PPE except safety shoes to our
people.

 During the period of our services you have to provide working space with all infrastructural
facilities to our people.

 Billing cycle: Visit basis

 In case of any deficiency in the invoice, the same shall be communicated to us within 7 days

 Payment: 100% against submission of proforma invoice / tax invoice.

 You shall provide us the contact details of person(s) responsible for clearing the payment.

 Taxes: CGST @ 9% and SGST@ 9% applicable on above rates

 Release the PO in the name of “Aavishkar Sales & Technical Services Pvt. Ltd.”

 Validity of this quotation is for one month from the date of this offer.
