gain of a motor vehicle belonging to another without the latter’s consent, or by means of violence against
or intimidation of persons, or by using force upon things Criminal case No. 21-4949.On February 10,
2019 at about 11 pm. While Ms Cian Ellen Nollora Camposano is sleeping in her condominium the 4 of
you where found by the guard Mr. Eliseo Daniel B Edera in the parking lot trying to steal her car by
smashing its window

21-4949. Noong ika-sampu ng Pebrero taong dalawampu’t liba at labing siyam mga bandang alas onse ng
gabi. Habang si Binibining Cian Ellen Nollora Camposano ay natutulog sa kanyang condominium kung
saan nakita kayo ng guwarda na si Ginoong Eliseo Daniel B Edera sa paradahan ng mga sasakyan kung
saan sinusubukan niyong nakawin ang kanyang sasakyan sa pamamagitan ng pag basag ng salamin nito
