The lowest mean score of Junior was 1.18 corresponding to “copy or use proprietary software for
which you have not paid”. Senior student for this mean score is 1.12. The highest mean score of
Junior is “Always not use a computer in ways that ensure consideration and respect for your
fellow humans” which is 2.35. Meanwhile for Senior is 1.81 which is “Use a computer to bear
false witness”. The highest differences between junior and senior students is “copy or use
proprietary software for which you have not paid” which is 0.251. The lowest differences
between junior and senior student is 0.000 which corresponding to “interfere with other people’s
computer work

Conclusion

The main purpose of this study was to explore the awareness of women in Malaysia in computer
ethics. This studied discovered that there is a significant differences in answer between junior
and senior students. It is found that senior students tend to have an ethical choices related to
computer issue compare to juniors. Junior students mean score was 1.18 corresponding to “copy
or use proprietary software for which you have not paid because of they are still lack of
awareness on how using a “crack” version of software seems illegal. Besides that, it is because
junior students are more likely young in terms of age which probably cause the maturity of their
ethical behavior is different from older than them.
