Annexure II
Terms and Conditions
1. All Steel sections, raw materials, equipments or other items require for execution of the job will
be supplied by you in the standard length free of cost within 200 mtrs of the working area. Weight
of individual equipment will be confirmed by you before erection of the same.
2. All consumables like welding electrodes, oxygen gas, LPG, red-oxide paint, white and black glass
for welding helmet, drill bit etc. will be supplied by you free of cost. Tools & tackles like welding
sets, cutting sets, chain blocks, Hydra, heavy-duty crane or special tools etc require for execution
of the work will be provided by you free of cost on returnable basis.
3. We will supply all categories of worker and execute the fabrication & erection work as per our
scheduled rates mentioned in Annexure-I.
4. Labour hutment including sufficient electricity and water will be provided by you free of cost for
our labors.
5. Two staff quarter will be provided by you for our staff and proprietors free of cost with water and
electrical arrangement.
6. Free, opened and properly leveled ground for assembly and fabrication work and approach for
erection site will be in your scope.
7. Sims required for the alignment of the machineries or equipments will be provided by you
free of cost.
8. Water and electricity will be provided by you free of cost where ever required inside factory area
for executing the work.
9. Three copies of detailed drawings will be provided by you free of cost.
10. Illumination of our Fabrication & Erection site will be in your scope.
11. Application of only one coat of Primer red Oxide paint will be in our scope for fabrication
work. Other than primer red oxide, painting will be in your scope.
12. Any type of modification/renovation/rework on fabricated or erected items due to change
made in drawing and design by you or due to misguidance of your concerned authority will
be charged on labour supply basis and your Engineer/In-charge will certify the labour
supply report day to day basis so that no dispute will arise in future.
13. Idle manpower due to inadequate or irregular supply of materials and interruption of
electricity or due to local disturbance/violence will be borne by you and you have to pay
the labour supply rate as per our scheduled rates considering previous day’s attendance
report.
14. 1% Burning loss, 3% scrap generation and 6% Weight variation will be considered by you
for steel reconciliation facility for fabrication work.
15. VAT, works tax or any other tax as applicable and other duties except TDS will be in your
account.
16. We will be obtaining the Labour License and Insurance for our labours. Any other license
or certificates required shall be arranged by you at your cost.
17. Safety and security of our labours and staff members will be arranged by you at your cost.
18. All the required fasteners and lubricants will be supplied by you free of cost.
19. Fabrication & Erection Rates will be applicable for making & Fixing of derrick/poles for
erection work.
20. Both Fabrication & Erection rates will be applicable in case of packing plates and
chequered plates.
Following terms and conditions including the above are
applicable for labour supply work only.
21. 3% over the bill value in Indian currency will be paid by you against the money exchange
charges.
22. Holiday will be paid by you as per your company’s rules.
23. 4 hours Over Time is compulsory to be given to our labours at least 6 days in a week.

24. Our rates will be increased @ 10% of the above rates every year.
25. Injury of work (IOW) will be considered by you for the labour injured during the work
and 50% attendance during the injury period will be paid by you.
Annexure III
TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR WEIGHT BASIS WORK
1. 95% monthly progressive bill will be released by you within 5 days from the date of
submission of our bill.
2. The rest 5% will be released by you within one year after completion of work.
TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR LABOUR SUPPLY WORK
1. 10% mobilization advance will be paid by you along with the work order and 10%
after manpower mobilization on site. This will be recovered from our bills on prorate
basis.
2. 100% monthly progressive bill will be released by you within 5 days from the date of
submission of our bill.
The Bills will be raised on the below given break up:-
FOR FABRICATION OF PLATES/STRUCTURES WORK:-

Issue of material and transport to site 20%
Marking, cutting, assembly and tack welding 50%
Full welding of above 20%
On completion of work i.e. ready for shifting to erection site 10%

FOR ERECTION OF PLATES/STRUCTURES WORK:-

Transportation to erection site 10%
Ground Assembly and ready for erection 35%
Erection in Position 35%
Full Welding 20%
FOR MACHINERY/EQUIPMENT ERECTION WORK:-

Transportation of machineries to site 10%
Cleaning, assembly and ready for erection 20%
Erection of equipment and ready for half grouting (Initial Alignment) 30%
Final alignment and ready for trial 20%
No load trial run 10%
After successful commissioning 10%
FOR STATIC EQUIPMENT ERECTION WORK:-

Transportation of machineries to site 10%
Cleaning, assembly and ready for erection 25%
Erection of Equipment, alignment and ready for half grouting 25%
Final alignment and ready for final grouting 30%
After successful commissioning 10%
This quotation is valid for 90 (Ninety) days from the date of quotation
