 The Company
TELEMECHANIQUE started as a single proprietorship business enterprise in
1998, with its main operation being a supplier & installer of Power Capacitor Bank, an
equipment for power factor correction which results discount from Meralco & other utility
companies. The company expanded business by carrying other electrical products and
engaged in the preventive maintenance of electrical equipments. Due to expansions and
growth of the company, the management decided to incorporate the company. Thus,
TELEMECHANIQUE INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION was organized and registered under
Securities Exchange Commission Reg. No. CS201503542 on February 27, 2015.

Telemechanique Industrial Corporation (TIC) is 100% owned by Filipinos. Its

management and staff has an aggregate total of 25 years of work exposure from each
individual’s experience in the electrical trading & services business.

Telemechanique electrical product lines are circuit breaker, panelboard, low

voltage switchgear, motor control, transformer, wires & cable, frequency inverter (variable
frequency drive), lighting fixtures. uninterruptible power supply, automatic voltage
regulator. It also supplies construction products such as Cold-mixed Asphalt, Hard
Asphalt/Joint Sealant.

The company is also engaged in the preventive maintenance of electrical equipments

such as busway, low voltage switchgears, motor controls, transformers and repair of
pumps & motors. Through the years, Telemechanique has gained the trust and confidence
of its clients by providing excellent services. Its business engagements have always been
done with integrity.
