FINAL MACHINING INNER:
After centrifugal process, liners are passed for further process i.e. it
gives high accuracy, taper, oval shape and surface finish to the liners after
reducing its temperature naturally
CHECKING:
Checking of each liners is done by the experts employed by the
company. Checking is done by men, so the customer not have to sacrifice in any
way.
OILING:
Oiling is done on the liners surface by Deeping it into the one
container having oil.

PACKING:
It is the last stage of the process. Liners are packed first in the VCI papres,
than in the corrugate sheet, then into the master cartoon.

PRODUCTS OF THE COMPANY
Cylinder liners and sleeves – cylinder liner (wet liners) and sleeves(dry
liners) of all type of engines, tractors, cars, trucks, compressor and generators and
also they manufacture and export as per customers required specifications ,
drawing or samples.
J.D.Products have facility to develop any type or size of fully finished and pre
honed cylinder liner and sleeve can be fitted directly in engines with no further
machining required before or after its fitment.

CYLINDER SLEEVES (DRY LINER)
A Cylinder sleeves or a dry liner has a flange at the outer circumference of the
upper part of a liners barrel, and also has a grind relief groove formed below the
flange at the outer circumferential surface of the liner barrel. The upper surface
and the lower surface of the flange are coated with a coating film comprising a
heat resist resin containing a solid lubricant. The coating film may also be applied
to only the lower surface of the liner flange.

TIME KEEPING SYSTEM
Time keeping system means to subdivide the work time and to supervise the
working time of employees on predetermined period. In short, time keeping
system means how many shifts are there in a particular company.
The purpose of time keeping system is to establish control and facilitate
employee’s discipline. Now a day every company is using time keeping system so
that the production carried out easily and efficiently.
This company is working through out 12 hours a day. The working hours are
divided into 2 shifts. They are as under.

QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
Utmost care is taken for quality control process, at each step, starting from
forgings to finish, which go a long way in ensuring high performance precut. A
part from equipped machine shop, they have a modern laboratory and heat
treatment plant equipped with furnaces with the precise temperature and
atmospheric controls, which are very critical to produce within short tolerance
conducted at every stage of the activity, on dimensional, chemical and
metallurgical parameters, thus resulting in world class products with the highest
performance standard.
J.D.Products is equipped with the following quality check instruments for its
constituent and the high quality Cylinder liners and sleeves:

Training: This activity is both focused upon, and evaluated against, the job that
an individual currently holds. They are giving proper training to their workers
before starting work to the company by employees. They first introduce the
company and their working process and give proper training to the selected
employees. And also gives training to the exists employees regarding to the new
technology in the company.
Development: This activity focuses upon the activities that the organization
employing the individual, or that the individual is part of, may partake in the
future, and is almost impossible to evaluate. Company is making possible efforts
to develop the unit in their best way.

company’s profit and the variable pay differs from person to person so that
