IPERJET-DF / DF-MAX Fumes & Dust Extractor
Industrial filtering and extraction unit for centralised
extraction. Suitable for fumes and low quantities of
fine dust extraction. IPERJET is practically
maintenance free due to it fully automatic Reverse
Pulse Jet backwashing of filter cartridges. This allows
very high up-time and ultra-low low maintenance cost.
High efficiency extraction provided by backward-

curved closed impeller. A sound-damping plenum is
available as an add-on. Dust & smoke particles are
collected into 2 wheeled trays for easy disposal
Filtering is achieved by M-PES polyester cartridges,

which are horizontally mounted for easy inspection.
Filter backwashing is controlled automatically by a
PLC Economiser based on filter clogged levels. This

IPERJET-DF/THERMALCUT Fumes Extractor

Iperjet-DF/TC is a modified unit specially adapted for
thermal cutting fumes extraction. A spark arresting
trap is introduced into the main inlet primary chamber
to allow cooling of hot dust before entering the
filtering chamber. Suitable for thermal cutting
machines with plasma or laser cutters
M-PES + PTFE/Membrane cartridges are standards.

IPERJET-DF ATEX ST1
The IPERJET-DF ATEX dust collector has been
designed to capture ST1 combustible dust. The heavy
duty steel cabinet has been tested to withstand
deflagration. Can be placed indoors with a
“Flameless-Vent”, or outdoors with an “Explosion
Relief Panel”.
Dust enters the unit via a side-inlet directly into a

vertical (down-flow) pre-chamber, fitted with spark
arresting deflector plates. The speed drop in the pre-
chamber allows mechanical separation into the re-
inforced bin.
The finer dusts are further filtered in the main

chamber by Anti-Static & grounded M-Class filtering
cartridges, which are EXAM accredited. Filters are
self-cleaned by Reverse Pulse Jet system, controlled
by a PLC Economiser. Filter is then expelled through
an appropriate venting system.
Control panel is supplied according to CRAM-rules

and to be remotely situated at least 5 meters from the
filtering unit with the on-board economiser.

AIRALT
Airalt is designed for treatment of dangerous dust like
carbon-fibre, aluminium, titanium dust etc. The
filtering chamber is built in a circular steel body and
studied for the treatment of explosive dust. Customer
to indicate classification of dust, St1, St2, St3.
The contaminated dusty enter the hopper via

tangential inlet, assuring first stage mechanical
filtering, allowing larger particle to decant into the bin.
The finer and lighter dust move upwards into a

Water washing spray paint booth for filtration of wet-
paint overspray. Polluted air is washed by a front
waterfall-wall, with a further 3-stage curtain washing
in the rear chamber. Filtration is completed by a final
stage dry-coconut filter.
Water circulation is provided by an AISI-304 full

stainless steel “Ebara” sump-pump. Water curtain
flow levels can be adjusted by valves located at the
side of the booth. Viewing windows at side.
The booth is built in galvanised sheet metal with a

easy removal front wall for easy cleaning access. The
booth comes standard with side wall and overhead
