The Hon'ble Delhi High Court ordered the respondents to reply to the Writ Petition by 15/04/19. It was learnt that after the W.P. Crl.461 of 2019 was filed before the Hon'ble Court of Delhi, the correspondence available on the illegal surveillance at various levels is being destroyed by the officers of the Andhra Pradesh state police.
