Counter-Affidavit

I, GEORGE T. CONWAY, 32 years old, Filipino, married, and a

resident of Shuldeta Village, Barangay Matina, Davao City, , after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. I am the same GEORGE T. CONWAY, respondent in the Criminal

Case for: SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURIES under Article 263 of the
Revised Penal Code;

2. I am executing this counter-affidavit to refute the allegations of

GABRIEL S. IGLESIAS.

3. That these allegations are groundless and blatant fabrications for (1) I
was actually the one that was slandered and (2) Mr. GABRIEL S.
IGLESIAS has for several times, intimidated and threatened me with
his knife;
 4. On February 9, 2019, I left my eye glasses in our residence at Matina
and my vision was really bad during the alleged incident when I was
confronted by Mr. GABRIEL S. IGLESIAS.

5. I never in any manner punched nor engaged into a fistfight against

Mr. GABRIEL S. IGLESIAS, for I am aware and afraid of the physical
advantage of Mr. IGLESIAS who had in his possession a sharp knife.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 18 th
