The National Program Management Office (NPMO) of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino
Program is currently undertaking "Bata Balik Eskwela (Kondisyon ng Programa lpaalala)"
(BBE) Campaign. This aims to sustain children's attendance in school through a more
focused approach and intervention where children can be reached out, motivated and
helped to develop the confidence and interest to return to school.

The Field Office II is identified for the pilot testing of the "Bata Balik Eskwela" Case
Management Guidance Notes and tools. The pilot testing primarily aims to determine the
feasibility and applicability of the said instruments in an actual setting.

Relative to this, a team of Pantawid Staff from the NPMO, Regional PMO and Provincial
Operations Office of Cagayan will be coming to your city on February 27, 2019 to interview
5 pre-identified households for the pilot testing of the case management tools.
