We Have to Always Positive Thinking

Positive thinking are thoughts and images that are constructive of o someone's character.
Then, we can become more mature, dare to face challenges, and do great things. This mind
logically views the positive from the standpoint of self, the others, and the environment. Positive
thinking is very difficult because we have to fight our own egos and emotions. But, on the other
hand, positive thinking will give some benefits, along with the exlpenation.

Positive thinking is good for physical because, with a positive mind and body will be calm
so that when the soul is calm will make the body system more comfortable to work, various
activities can be controlled thoroughly by the body system properly. Then, all kinds of regulation
of enzymes and hormonesin the central body is in the brain. If you negative thinking, your strength
of negative thinking will dominate your brain and it will experience a big mindset disorder.
Disorders of enzymes and hormones originating in the brain are the beginning of various types of
diseases. Positive thinking means always trying to keep the mind on the move so that over time
this habit can increase your intelligence. One of the positive thinking activity is when you always
have time to study about the events that have occurred to take the wisdom. As the quotes "In a
healthy body there is a strong soul". So, in a strong soul there are healthy thingking, in healthy
thinking there are positive actions.

Positive thinking is also good for our mentality because with positive thinking we will
always take lessons and lessons on every problem we face. Positive thinking can control stress
well, that we are not easily depressed when faced with problems. That way we can make decisions
properly, correctly and quickly because, positive thinking prevents you from doing stupid things
that you will regret later on. For example, we avoid the feeling of stress that arises from work
routines or studies that we do, and we are trained to be able to manage emotions well, insoluble in
anger, and hurt but change it with joy to face a new sheet. so, you can focus more on what you are
aiming for, not soluble in the problem you are going through.

Last but not least, with our positive thinking will affect others. Because, the positive energy
that we create, the people around us will be infected positively too. Not only limited to the mind
but can be in the form of action. For example, if a positive person will have a harmonious
relationship with their family or partner. That is because there is no suspicion of their spouse or
family, and positive-minded people will have many friends with a good environment. When
thinking positively, you will attract people's attention and when those people are close to you they
will feel comfortable. The simplest example can be seen from the service in a cafe or restaurant.
Only with the energetic thank you from the cashier, you will be able to feel positive feelings.
Because, when you do good, then the good will return to you.

In conclusion, positive thinking will form a strong and optimistic personality and character.
Positive thinking is not easy but the effect is very large for yourself and others. Positive thinking
will emerge the belief that every problem that we have faced will get a better lesson, and it is used
as a lesson so that we do not repeat the same mistakes. Then, with positive thinking, the condition
of individual psychology will also be positive. Psychological conditions and a healthy soul, the
body will also nourish the body too.
