HOW TO INSERT SIM CARD CELLPHONE

Cellphone is a modern communication device which connects one to the others by voice, written
message and data. However this device can not work until the SIM card is inserted.
When inserting the SIM Card to cellphone, make sure that the cellphone has been switched off
and follow the direction bellow :
1. First of all, press the locking catch and slide the cover then lift it off the phone.
2. After that, push two catches in the opposite directions and remove the battery.
3. Next, slide the SIM card carefully into the slot and make sure that the golden connect
arson are facing to the connector of the phone.
4. Then, put the battery and align it until snaps into its place.
5. Finally, insert the two catches of the back cover corresponding slot in the phone and slide
the cover forward button of the phone until locks into place
Don't forget to switch on the cellphone. Wait until it is ready to use
HOW TO CHARGE HAND PHONE BATTERY

Prepare your :
- hand phone
- battery charger

Steps :

1. Connect the charger to your hand phone, the flash symbol on the charger plug must face
upward.
2. Wait until the battery icon appears on the screen.
3. Charge the battery approximately 5 hours or until the battery icon indicates that the
battery is fully charged.
4. Remove the charger by pulling out from your hand phone.
HOW TO MAKE FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS :
- a plate of rice
- 1 red chili pepper chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped fine
- 1 clove chopped onion
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 2 tbsp soya sauce

COOKING METHOD :
1. Crush the red pepper, garlic and onion until very fine.
2. Add the salt and saute in margarine over low heat for 2 minutes.
3. Add the rice and soya sauce
5. Stir until well mixed and rice is hot.

PRESENTATION :

1. Serve hot on a plate.


2. Garnish with shredded omelet and sliced cucumber and tomatoes.
HOW TO OPERATE A FAN

1. Plug the power cord into a wall outlet. (AC 120 Volts 60 HZ)
2. To make the fan move sideways, push the pin on top of the motor.
3. To move the fan up or down, first pull up the oscilla ting pin, then press the tilt
adjustment knob.
4. To change the speed of the fan, press one of the switches at the bottom.

HOW TO SEND A SMS MESSAGE

Things you need :

Sms-enable cell phone.

Instruction :

1. Clik the "Message" button, or click Application > Message > Create Message.
2. Enter the phone number or email address of the SMS recipient.
3. Type a SMS message. SMS message are typically 160 character or less.
If you send many characters, you send a speech :D
4. Click "Send" to send your SMS
5. Verify that your message was sent by checking your sent items box.
If the message is waiting in the Sent items, it means your messages are not read yet.
HOW TO MAKE RUJAK BUAH

Ingredients:

1 cucumber, peeled.
1 papaya, cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
1 pineapple, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, fresh or canned pineapple.
1 apple tart, cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
1 mango, peeled, cubed.
3 tablespoons peanuts, fry.
1 hot chili peppers, seeded, sliced.
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon tamarind, dissolved in 1/2 cup water, strained.

Directions:

• Mix all the fruit together.


• Grind chilies and salt.
• Add brown sugar.
• Add dry roasted peanuts and grind completely.
• Pour some tamarind liquid.
• Mix the sauce and fruit together.
• Serve chilled.

HOW TO MAKE FRIED BANANA

Ingredients:

 4 small finger banana (make sure that the banana is sweet)


 1 egg
 1 tsp. sugar
 6 Tbs. flour
 water
 a pinch of salt
 vegetable oil for deep frying

Utensil :

 Stove
 deep fryer / frying pan
 bowl
 Napkin
Methods/Instruction :

1. Place flour in a deep mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle of the flour, and add egg, sugar and
salt. Add water little by little. Whisk vigorously until batter is evenly smooth for coating and not too thin.
If it is too thin, add more flour.
2. Peel banana and cut in half lengthwise and then cut again with 4-inch width. Dip into batter to coat
generously.
3. Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer until moderately hot. Place coated plantain or banana in the wok or
deep fryer and fry slowly until golden brown and crispy. This usually take approximately 10-15 minutes.
Remove bananas from oil, drain on paper napkins and dry well.
4. Serve while still warm

HOW TO RIDE A BICYCLE

 Sitting on the bike, make sure you know where the brakes are and how to operate them.

 You have to learn to balance the bike. Find a person who can hold your bike behind you and
try to steady it as you pedal. Also find a place to ride that is grassy or such.

 After practicing for a couple minutes, the person can release his or her hands while you try
to keep your balance.

 When you are ready, ride alone. But first lower the seat until you can sit on it and put both feet
flat on the ground.

 When you are confident you can put your feet on the pedals and coast for a few feet, try not
putting your feet down to train your sense of balance. Do this for 30-45 minutes or so, until
you have a good feel and some confidence about steering the bike.

 As you gain experience, raise the seat up so that only your toes can touch the ground while
you are seated. This is the more appropriate height for your seat.

 Finally, you have to practice.

 Once you can balance, pedal, start, and stop, you're a bicycle rider. Congratulations!
Tips for Healthy Living

o Modern life is very busy. Most of us are very busy every day. Many people rush off to
schol r work without eating breakfast. This is a mistake. Breakfast is a very important
meal. Eat a healthy breakfast every day. Also, it is better to have four or five small meals
every day than one or two large meals.
o Exercise is also important to staying healthy. Again, it's something that people skip
because of lack of time. You don't have to do a lot of exercise.
o Experts say that you only need to run or even walk three times every week. This is
enough to keep you healthy. Another good thing about exercise is that it makes people
feel good.
