Question (I 1: Is it the intent of Table RM-120.1 to require the resin manufacturerto certify that
each batch of resin supplied for vessel fabrication meets certain specification properties that the
resin manufacturerhas established for a particular resin?

Reply (11: Yes.

Question (2): Item 2 under Epoxy in Table RM-120.2 specifies a gel time test in accordance
with Appendix 5. Is it the intent of Section X that this test be applied to polyester and not epoxy?

Reply (2): Yes.

Question (3): Is it a requirement of paragraph RM-120 that the resin manufacturer's recom-
mended promoters and curing agents be used in the resin system?

Reply (3): Yes.
