Extraordinary observations and experiences with chants and mantras

in Sanskrit

Abstract

In an earlier research paper, Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay (MAV) had provided findings that
reiterated the fact that Sanskrit as a language emitted spiritually pure vibrations over other languages.
Building on these findings, MAV has conducted many experiments using both advanced sixth sense and
biofeedback instruments to study the impact that Sanskrit has on the environment. In this paper, 5 examples
of the positive impact of Sanskrit have been elaborated upon. These examples include the positive impact
on plants, animals, humans, the elements such as water and subtle entities such as negative energies.

• When group chanting of mantras was conducted in the ashram premises, plants commonly associated
with the Deity of the chant began to grow spontaneously nearby. Even though no efforts were made to
look after these plants, they flourished in the Ashram courtyard. The extraordinary aspect about this
garden of saplings is that it consisted of only one type of plant which was associated with the Deity of
the chant.
• In another experiment where animals were exposed to mantras, the energy field of the horse that was
exposed was more than double than that of the horse that was not exposed. This was even though (apart
from hearing the mantra) everything else was done to keep the living conditions of both horses the same.
• The Sanskrit chant of ‘Sree Gurudev Datta |’ has been known to provide seemingly miraculous healing
effect for hundreds of seekers regardless of culture and nationality. Two such cases about the healing of
eczema (physical-level example) and addictions (psychological-level example) have been provided.
• The effect of mantras on water and how they change the energy of water has also been documented
using biofeedback instruments.
• Finally, an experiment showing the effect of Sanskrit versus English words on negative energies that were
manifesting in seekers has been documented. Video footage of this experiment will be presented.

Such experiments provide strong evidence of the spiritual purity and the healing effects of Sanskrit.
