Code & Material F01, Concrete Slab with specified bedding to receive further finishes.

Bare surface to be cleaned, applied with Non-shrink, high strength durable, epoxy bonding
agent (which shall provide on ultimate bond strength greater than tensile strength of concrete),
prior to placing of concreting / cement mortar. Mortar Shall be Machine mixed.

The entire inner surface of the tank / manholes shall be repaired with approved Cementious
Grout / mortar to receive the FRP coating

It shall be 4 mm thick GRP lining to water tanks floor, wall and ceiling consisting of gel coat,
unsaturated polyester resin (Orthophthalic Resin), primers, chopped strand matt 450 gm/sq m
top coat.
