 Serve 700 residential students in 11th and 12th grade by conducting over 200 hours of direct service
 Guide students through the entire college process including initial search, applications, and financial aid processes
 Present financial aid information sessions, 100% of students gain knowledge of resources available to them
 Facilitate strengths-based counseling group for students in need of academic support
 Implement individual career interventions utilizing Savickas’s Career Construction Theory
 Teach 3 class sections of 20 juniors (60 total students) on navigating the college process for one trimester
